Great location for a great city!

Very continently located to everything you need to see when you visit Indianapolis! It is surprisingly very large for where it’s at.

Lovely location and property

The property was very accessible, clean and comfy. There were light snacks, bottled water and good coffee. Bed was super comfy and the shower was awesome! The hosts were very responsive, easy to reach and addressed all of my questions promptly. The location was perfect for visiting Mass Ave and all that Indianapolis had to offer. Truly a lovely stay. Thank you .

Great location. Walking distance to all.

Came in for an event at Gainbridge. Unit was great location to walk to all. Unit was exactly as described. Spotless clean. If I had to say anything negative it would be be I am 5'1" and could not reach the items in cabinets and there was no stepstool.

Great place downtown

This apartment was situated downtown Indianapolis and convenient for walking to many restaurants, shopping, and venues. The apartment was easy to access, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Ernest for being a great host!

Comfortable stay not far from downtown events

Very clean and welcoming apartment to stay in if you do not prefer hotels like myself. Free parking is in a parking garage just a short walk from the apartment. We had events to attend at the Convention center and it was just a short 5-10 minute walk. I would stay again if we are to attend the events again,

Great Overnight Stay

We enjoyed the convenient location of the property given that we were in town for a Fever basketball game. Gainbridge Fieldhouse is just down the block - so, it was perfect! The building and the apartment itself are very nice!The only tricky part was the parking given we arrived at rush hour and had to stop first in front of the apartment building to run up and get the parking pass (parking lane was full so had to circle the block while one person ran upstairs) - then cross all the lanes of traffic to get to the other side for the garage. The reverse process in the morning was easier with traffic, but still a two-step process. Despite that - we still appreciated having parking available that was free! Thank You!

Just here for one show

It was very great location for anything happening in downtown. Parking and check in situation seemed like a hastle but wasn’t really that bad at the times we arrived and left, we adhered to the no smoking policy but if you have an issue with certain smells, common at concerts and gatherings, everyone in the building was hitting cards all weekend, entire place smelled like a weed vape the entire time.So if that’s your thing don’t worry about walking outside. Also don’t plan to relax inside long, most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever sat on outside of a hospital waiting room. We chose here for location and on that it delivered, don’t expect much more and the smells are good with me I’m in, but if that’s not your thing even if you ain’t smoking the smells get in the room heavy.

Overnight stay

We had a late arrival and early departure. The check in was a little inconvenient as we had to depart our conference in the afternoon to get the parking pass and key fob for entry. Then we had to depart the parking garage and return the parking entry card to the apartment. An entry to parking and the building with a pass code would be preferred.
