We have stayed in STRs all over the place. This is one of the best! Plenty of supplies. Plenty of space! And adorably well decorated: layout as well as decor. Well done. Bravo!

This is the absolute best place I've ever stayed! The pictures do not come close to showing how amazing it is. Excellent host, cleanliness, and close to everything we needed. Neighbors were nice, easy for ride share to pick up and drop off.

First time experience and theee. Private and able to walks around the neighbor and quiet. Way better than a hotel stay. When we come back we will be staying again. Hospitality is phenomenal better than I expected.

Beautiful property

Very well decorated and all the amenities one needs for a week in town. Two fully decked out bedroom suites, well apart from each other for privacy and plenty of room for social gathering for your group as well.

I stayed at this property recently and found the home itself to be as described. However, there was an issue with the plumbing: debris backed up from the kitchen into the downstairs bathroom sink.The experience after checkout was particularly disappointing. I was charged an additional 100 cleaning fee and received a message that significantly misrepresented the condition of the home. While we did leave food in the refrigerator and a few dishes on the counter, the more serious claims were not accurate. The tone of the communication was also unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional.I contacted the rental agency, and after review, the fee was refunded.Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that future guests thoroughly document the condition of the home at checkout and rely on their own records if any concerns are raised afterward.

We do charge a very low cleaning fee in exchange for our guest keeping a half way tidy home. Normally cleaning usually takes 2-5 hours. After this guest, cleaning took 13 hours, ridiculous! She absolutely gets in the top 10 award for dirtiest guest in seven years.

Unique downtown Indy hot tub experience!

This location is beautiful, you’ll find the most unique decor and cozy set up with each room you walk into, we had three adults but with the pull out couch in the living room more guests could easily sleep and have plenty of room! The hot tub patio and rooftop patio were amazing it was so nice watching the sun go down from the roof and you’ll have the best sleep of your life if you utilize the hot tub before bed! Great host beautiful property I will definitely be telling all friends and family about this property

Just Beautiful!!!

Aesthetically, by far the warmest and well thought out, very well decorated place we’ve visited. Beth did a tremendous job in how she decorated her place. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay. Certainly will visit again if in the area. Highly recommended!

Great stay

The property was very nice, excellent proximity to downtown and the everwise amplitheater which we were there to attend. The neighborhood maybe wasn’t the greatest just by looking around when we walked to a nearby restaurant but it was quiet and we had no problems whatsoever. The owner was quick to respond and she left us 2 delicious eclairs as a treat which was so nice.

Girls Indy Fun

Enjoyed the stay. Nice and tidy. Decor was well done. The information board was very helpful. We only had two small issues and the hostess was very responsive.
