This 2nd floor villa offers guests a spa like serenity with a golf course view, updated primary suite and calming outdoor patio. The Evian community is perfect for couples and families that want to have access to every popular amenity with a community pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, miles of walking paths and a central lake with a great view of Hilton Head wildlife. Shipyard features 3 golf courses, Van Der Meer Tennis, and the Shipyard Beach Club which is a 5-minute bike ride from the villa.

The open floor plan makes entertaining easy with a separate wing for the bedrooms. The living room features a smart TV and built in desk. The kitchen is fully stocked and adds a pop of coastal colors to bring the ocean into the home! Off the dining room, you have access to the patio which has a covered seating area and uncovered area with sun loungers. This is the perfect space to catch some sun, read your favorite book or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The patio doors also feature magnetic screens allowing you to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The primary suite is located at the end of the hallway with a king-sized bed, smart TV, desk, and seating area. The ensuite has been fully remodeled with beautiful finishes and has a tiled walk-in shower. Outside of the primary suite, the laundry room has a washer and dryer for guest use with a folding station. Bedroom 2 features 2 full-sized beds, a smart TV, and a desk. The second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a shower/tub combo.

Shipyard offers a seasonal shuttle service (May 24 – September 5) from your neighborhood to the Shipyard Beach Club! The shuttle is an additional cost of $10 for 4 wristbands or $15 for 6 wristbands. It is a convenient way to make getting to and from the beach easy! More information on how to purchase wristbands will be provided 30 days or less, prior to check in!
