Very clean and was well stocked with most everything . Centrally located, easy ride to the beach. Pet friendly and felt safe walking the dog late in the evening. Would stay here again!

Alex provided an excellent vacation rental with all the amenities. Great walking trails for the dogs and easy beach access on a private beach by bike or short drive. Because the beach access is part of the Sonesta resort, it provided great facilities and a Tiki bar. We’ll be back.

Our family loved our stay! The home was very clean, well stocked, and in the perfect area for the beach, shops, restaurants, and sight seeing! Alex was a wonderful host from the beginning. Booking, communication and quick responses, and easy check in and check out. We can’t wait to get back.

Great being pet friendly, you have drive to the beach but once there it’s great. Well stocked kitchen, blinds on first floor need some attention/repair. There was a pond off the back deck of the condo. With pets I was concerned about alligators Host was very responsive. Shipyard planation is very close to restaurants, and Coligny circle. Property was clean, we did not use the spa. There is a pool that was a short walk

Overall a great stay, wonderful place with lots of great amenities, including close by 27 holes of golf on the property, as well as a 5 minute drive to the beach, as well as lots of stores, shopping and dining. Definitely will be looking to revisit in the future!

Such a great stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation and this cottage was absolutely great! It’s in the perfect place, very quiet and the beach access took the stress out of dealing with beach traffic. Communication with the hosts was great! We found our spot for future family beach stays.

The host was extremely accommodating! They were quick to respond, kind, respectful, and made us feel comfortable even before booking. The space was the perfect size for our mini-moon with our puppy. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We will definitely consider booking here again in the future!

Perfect Winter Break

Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and everything works. Takes 5 minutes to drive to beach parking and then walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

Awesome stay

The property was clean and easy to get to. There was an issue with the gate passes, but when I contacted the property owner those got reset loved quickly. It was a great stay for us, our adult children and their spouses.

Great Time

I grew up going to HH and stying in Shipyard. Loved bringing my family back. Great bike and walking trails throughout.
