BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

Downstairs:
-King bedroom with direct access to backyard and pool.
-Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and vanity.
-Bunk room with 2 full over full bunks.
-Game room + peloton and weights.

Upstairs:
- King Bedroom with access to balcony and full en suite bathroom with vanity.
- Queen bedroom attached to full bathroom.

St Pete Bach Guide can stock the fridge, decorate, or set out a mimosa bar prior to your arrival! If you would like more information, please don’t hesitate to reach out!**

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation!

Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this

- Pool can be heated for $100/night. If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking.

4 cars MAX allowed at the property. 2 in the driveway and 2 street parking.
Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog.
Absolutely NO parties- Grounds for termination
Quiet hours- 10pm-7am- This is a residential neighborhood and we want to be EXTREMELY respectful of our neighbors

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
