Wonderful home!!

This home was absolutely perfect! Amazing backyard and easily accessible to the beach. Could not have asked for a better stay to celebrate my best friend's bachelorette!

Amazing Property

Came in town for my bachelor party and I genuinely couldn’t have a better experience. Great price, great location, the neighbors were super nice, and loads of things for us to do.

The house worked well for us. Lots of fun things for the whole family. The house just needs a few repairs (rec room floor and hot tub)But we really enjoyed the stay and would come back again Thanks

Perfect for hosting!

We had a group get-together. This house was perfect for hosting a larger group of people! Awesome back yard, good location, and great neighbors.

Family fun!

House had everything the kids could have ever wanted. Neighborhood was quiet, house has all the privacy needed, and beautiful foliage. So much fun for the kids, swimming, mini golf, fire pit and more. Kitchen was equipped with almost everything needed to cook (could use a strainer). We felt at home and fit all 9 of us very comfortably!! Even had stuff to bring to the beach which was amazing! Only piece of feedback is to leave an electric leaf blower or something to clean off the berries from the mini golf course that fell from the trees.

Great place with some opportunities for improvement

The pool area was definitely our favorite! The kids spent most of our visit in the pool or playing bocce. We have been coming to this area for many years and the house was well situated near the beach, shopping, and plenty of activities. We had great space for the kids (18,17,12,9) and two adults. The neighbor to the left, Dan, is super nice! Neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families. We were a bit disappointed by a few things we expected based on photos and property description: 1) there is an umbrella stand and umbrella spot on the outside table, but only the small Surf Style umbrellas available; 2) the game room doesn’t have a TV and the pool, ping pong, and air hockey table is on rough shape, wobbles a ton and is only able to be used for ping pong and maybe pool, there is a bracket screwed in so you can’t flip it over for air hockey; 3) the kitchen had very limited forks (6) and no large skillet or colander 4) the overhead lights in many of the rooms are not great and either too bright or not quite bright enough; 5) many loose bricks on the pool deck area; 6) the upstairs room to the left and the downstairs room on the right we’re not able to get the TVs working due to issues with the Google account setup.

- photos are much lighter than the actual property is, it’s very dark inside and older/ not updated or super clean - pool was dirty when we arrived and we had to get it cleaned - host was responsive and kind about an early check in - not worth the price in my opinion and the property itself doesn’t seem well maintained landscaping wise - tiki bar is falling apart on the roof and isn’t in good shape - Id honestly stay somewhere else if I chose again
