I wanted a place with a hot tub. No chlorine first couple days and inop last 3.Fridge desperately needs replacement. One of the upstairs bedrooms never cools. Floors need mopped.Good location, lots of room for our crew and well appointed.

Perfect location near the beach

Nice modern features and well-equipped, has everything you need for a great vacation. On a quiet street and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

BeachTimeRentals were communicative, prompt, and organized from booking through to checking out on our last day. They made the process super easy. The house is lovely and well appointed. We were 7 adults and 4 small children and were very comfortable. The beach access is convenient and makes it easy to shuttle back and forth from the house as needed (necessary with littles!).

1 block from a white sandy shoreline ♥️

I highly recommend this location in Redington Beach, Florida !! The Tarpon Cottage was absolutely beautiful, comfortable , so much room to spread out & enjoy your stay! My family and I visited a few weeks back for my sons 23rd birthday .We had such a wonderful time making new great memories. Definitely will have to do again !!!

Unique property, just steps to the beautiful beach!

Such a close, easy walk to the beach and the hot tub was perfect at night. The house fit all 12 of us comfortably and is in a convenient area to shops, grocery stores, and recreation. Our communication with Beach Time and our check-in manager, Mona, was prompt and helpful. We look forward to renting again next year!

Great for Families

Beautiful house and location was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained, but there is quite a lot of steps even to access the living area from the garage. The listing said the elevator could be activated if requested, but we were told it had been permanently de-activated. Five stars except for that.

Great place

This place was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for my group of 12. The only complaint I had was that one of the bedrooms was always very warm and almost unbearable to sleep in at night. The property manager promptly got someone out there to look at it but he basically told us he didn't see any issues and left. The room was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Efficient and Effective

This townhome is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not give the hot tub justice, it is huge! The kitchen is well stocked and beautiful. The bedrooms have more comfortable beds than hotels with spacious bathrooms. Thinking about it, the only two issues I had the entire time was that I wish the rules hadn’t said to not set the A/C lower than 72 (even at night) and that the sink’s water pressure is not ideal for cleaning. However, there are ceiling fans in several bedrooms and the dishwasher makes up for the sink. On top of the luxury of the actual townhome, the property managers are very understanding, good communicators, and available for questions before and during your stay. The check-in process is seamless and we were able to request an early check in for free! Also, there is a public beach access right across the street. It was closed while we stayed, due to a turtle’s nest needing protection, but another one is down the block a few minutes. Truly, an amazing experience!!!
