Enjoy meals in the large open dining room, perfect for entertaining or game nights. The kitchen boasts walnut buther block countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances and everything needed for preparing meals. The main floor provides an additional queen bedroom, a private office and a full bathroom with both a classic bathtub and a contemporary rain shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest. Up the stairs is a spacious loft including a king bedroom and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Featuring custom tilework and an indulgent rain shower, handheld shower and a bench.

There is a separate 2 bedroom basement unit with a full kitchen and bathroom that is occasionally occupied. If you are interested in renting this space as well, please message for availability.
