Welcome to our beautiful house with patio, terrace and grill! It is the perfect place to host families or friends who are traveling together and want to enjoy a unique experience in the city.

Our house has two cozy bedrooms, where the single beds can be converted to a double, according to your needs. In addition, it has two full bathrooms for greater comfort.

On the terrace of our house you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with friends and family, while enjoying a beautiful moment.

The house has all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible, such as a washing machine, air conditioning, and high-speed Internet connection. You can also feel safe with our access security cameras.

Palermo is a neighborhood in full expansion, where there may be works nearby or nearby with schedules regulated by the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which are beyond our reach.

Guest Access:
We have a brand new app called 'hospy', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests)

Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.
The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, many of them with entertainment-themed décor. It is ideal for walking and discovering design and fashion stores, art galleries and open-air markets where you can find local and artisan products. There are also several parks and squares nearby, such as Plaza Serrano.

Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
The property is prepared according to the number of guests entering the unit.
