This was an exceptional place to stay!!

Everything was very clean! It was just as pictured! So close to everything but not busy like the mail area. We will look forward to staying here on our next trip to Florida!

Blue Angels Weekend

We were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were nice. The living room has a large sofa and space to visit. The dining area is spacious and we enjoyed meals and visits around the table. There was a view of the gulf with a nice balcony to enjoy. It was helpful to park our cars in the garage and we were able to store our umbrellas and beach stuff there. This condo is a perfect place for a visit to Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful property. Designer decorating. Huge. Lots of entertaining space. Comfortable beds. Only drawback was no elevator. But would definitely stay again

Do not give Southern Vacation Rentals one penny of your money! Although the condo itself was nice, dealing with them was a nightmare! They sent incorrect check in instructions that stated a key was required and there would be a lock box on the door. This was all incorrect and it took them an hour to respond. Having a hot tub was one of the reasons we booked this location. I spoke with residents and there has NEVER been a hot tub at this location so this is false advertising and constitutes fraud! I reached out our first morning asking where the hot tub is. I am now home and still waiting on a response. The property advertises sleeping 6 but gave us 4 pillows. Both myself and VRBO has reached out to Southern Vacation Rentals and they refuse to do anything to compensate me for this.
