The unit we stayed in worked out great for our family. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of our favorite features was being able to walk right out the back door and onto the beautiful beach in Pensacola Beach, Florida. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Love the location. One of the best views. We love staying at the Sans Souci when visiting Pensacola. Had been a few years but just as delightful and convenient as we remembered. No better place to put your toes in the sand!

Te location on the first floor with the patio was perfect. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working and they didn’t respond to my request for repair. I had waited because the sign on the refrigerator says wait 48 hours but by the third morning the ice cream was turned to soup and milk stayed barely cold. The vegetables and fruit didn’t fair well. It would be nice if they told you the type of coffee filter to bring because they didn’t supply any. Seems like leaving that would be such a small thing that would go a long way to making us comfortable. As well as possibly leaving us more than a tablespoon packet of dish soap. Also salt and pepper is nice to have but none there. The shower curtain had a large stain that looks like pee and is next to the toilet? So that should have been washed or changed. The AC doesn’t keep up at all, so no need to worry about no blankets being supplied. And maybe they should repair the bed frame with something other than a 2x4 holding it up. Loved the beach and the patio but the basics Ike a refrigerator and ac need to be replaced.

Great property! The pictures and amenities are accurate! The property is family friendly, easily accessible, safe/secure. Our son made new friends at the pool and beach. With a restaurant and convenience store across the street, covered parking was easy and carts were available for check-in/out. We didn’t know the property was undergoing renovations/upgrades at the time of our stay. Therefore, the beachfront walkout patio (the best perk) was closed and inaccessible during our stay, and work started early in the morning. We only called maintenance once as the bathroom sinks filled with dirty water when the washer was draining. The issue was not major and was resolved swiftly. The regular check-ins via text from property management made communication and customer service simple and easy! The issue did not degrade our stay one bit. Nonetheless, once the renovations are complete and the seasonal deep clean following the property upgrades, we will certainly return to take advantage of that amazing patio view of the beach in the mornings/evening as the sun rises while we sip our beverage of choice. :-)
