We really enjoyed the stay at 'The Urban Lakehouse'. We brought our three daughters and their families, and there was always something for both kids and adults. The amenities were great, and there was enough space that we could spread out so some could have quiet time while others had games or watched television. The host was great, remaining in contact periodically, and answering any questions we had.We intend to rent this place again.

Amazing place! Big and beautiful and plenty of activity’s on site. Went for our annual golf trip and house had plenty of room for 10 adults!Close to a lot of nice golf courses aswell.

Beautiful home, peaceful area

This was a great home with many activities for our family that visited for dinner. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. This is on our list of places to stay when we return to the area.

Weekend Golf Get Away with the Boys

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice place! Spread out! Quiet and peaceful but yet so much to do! The game room was a big hit!!!! We would stay there again if we were to return to the area!!!

Relaxing time away

The property was great! The house is spacious and relaxing. Location is amazing with a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of things to do at the house. We never felt like we had to leave and just enjoy the time together. Would rent again

Wolf family

Our stay was wonderful! It was mom, dad and their 5 adult kids with their families. We had enjoyed our time together playing games, fishing in the lake and sitting around the fire in the evening. We had planned to go to a few places for entertainment, but we were very content just sitting at the house. We would recommend this place for anyone just looking to get away for a few days!

Good for our group

We stayed here as two families with children for the weekend. The property was as described. The game room gave our preteen and teenage children some things to do. The neighborhood was very quiet. Some beds were more comfortable than others. We did find some beer cans left behind one of the couches when we got there, but otherwise the property was very clean. It was easy to communicate with the host.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family used to go camping every Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend. But as we started having children camping became a little more difficult. So my family decided that we would look to rent a house to still be able to spend that time away together, but not have to have babies in pack n plays inside of a tent. We stumbled on this location & instantly fell in love with the fact that it was on a lake. It was far from camping, but still gave us some of those camping & relaxing vibes. Normally the pictures online make a house look better than it actually is in person. But in this case, the pictures for this listing don't even do it justice! The rooms are bigger and the layout is nicer than what you see. The game room downstairs was phenomenal & had something for everybody. There are 4 living room areas which sounds excessive & like something you wouldn't use or need, but it was perfect for having guests of all ages. The kids could watch a Disney movie on one TV, the guys could watch a sporting event on another TV & people could play boardrooms in another room. The other thing that was very nice, which sounds silly, is that the dining table was large & could fit all of the guests. We've rented houses before that have a lot of rooms but a small table where people cannot eat together. The host was very responsive & came out at 9:30pm the first night to fix an air conditioning problem that we had. The lake has tons of fish which the kids loved! We hope to come back!

Being retired, my wife and I travel often and use VRBO frequently. Of the numerous houses we’ve rented over the years, this was by far the cleanest (meticulously maintained) and most beautifully decorated. The house was perfect for our family gathering (2 grown children, 4 grandchildren), with plenty of space and activities for all. It was close to our favorite restaurants, the mall, groceries, and other activities. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and safe. We visit the Youngstown/Warren area often, having grown up there, and we look forward to making this our home base on future visits.
