READ THE REVIEWS: It IS too good to be true.
This rental felt like we had just missed a plague of locusts, hurricane, or other natural disaster and the host was trying to make it work.
It was NOT CLEAN. You shouldn't be able to see the wipe marks moving the dirt around or be leery of taking off your shoes to walk to the bed.
We had flagged this property before the earlier review posted. Our experience mirrored theirs.
Lots of bedrooms. Lots of beds (though what was offered as queens were doubles). Lots of space. Much of that space is because of a lack of furniture. Most of the furniture in the pictures is not in the house.
One towel per bed in most cases. No towels, wash clothes or trashcans in the bathrooms. Like the guests before us, we, too, bought wash clothes and left them behind. One chair at the dining room table for 8. Mismatched bedding that had visible dirty spots/stains on at least 2 beds. Cracking ceiling in the living room that is dropping plaster on to the couch and coffee table.
The lack of window coverings in common areas, hallways between bathrooms and bedrooms, stairway and even at least one bedroom was a MAJOR PROBLEM as we were travelling with four 15 year old girls.
The good news is the urban raccoons visiting the trash outside the door seem as interested in us as we were in them.
Long story short: unless you are a bunch of frat boys, you will likely be uncomfortable by the level of cleanliness and lack of basic "amenities" of this rental.
