Great home with lovely pool. Spent much of our time outside with our fur babies as the fenced yard was great. Communication with Nicole was easy. We enjoyed our stay and found St Augustine beautiful. Thanks for sharing your home.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, adorable and if you are going to anything at the amphitheater, it is the perfect location! Super close to everything and would definitely stay again.

This house was amazing! So close to the amphitheater. The pool was wonderful and the outside area was great. We will definitely come and stay again!

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations when it came to cleanliness and upkeep. The master bathroom had what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling above the shower as well as in the shower grout. The entire house also had a very strong musty smell, which made the moisture issue even more concerning.The outdoor patio area had cockroaches, which definitely took away from being able to comfortably enjoy that space.The biggest positives were the location and the backyard. We were in town for concerts at the amphitheater, and the house was within easy walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The backyard itself was also a nice feature.Overall, the location was great for what we were there for, but the condition of the bathroom, musty odor throughout the house, and cockroaches on the patio are issues that really need to be addressed before I could recommend this property to others.

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Enjoyed having the pool & outdoor area. Interior of home was inviting & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Amazing property and really enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed the yard. Very close to everything. We will stay here again next time we are in St Augustine.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Stay

Well appointed, nicely decorated home. The backyard is private and very well maintained. The host is courteous and very quick to respond. We had a wonderful time.

Beautifully decorated home. Amazing pool. And the fenced in backyard was huge, pictures don't convey the actual size. It's like a park. Beds and pillow are super comfortable. Nice fully stocked coffee bar. Adequate cooking supplies(pots pans cutlery etc). Well stocked with pool toys and a gas grill. Screened patio are has a huge TV and comfy couch area, also has a nice fan and large dining table. No crazy checkout cleaning list. Secure fence for your dogs. Nice walkable neighborhood for dog walking. Close to town, fishing pier on red cox road and multiple beaches all nearby that are dog friendly. Perfect location to literally everything.

Concert and St Augustine weekend

Great place to stay for a concert at the amp, very short walk. We were 2 couples and the house was set up nicely for us, plenty of space. And very clean!!

Perfect For Amphitheatre

Incredibly close and convenient to the amphitheater with a beautiful backyard, pool, and a screened in porch. We enjoyed spending time outside swimming and having meals by the pool. The inside of the house is well outfitted too with comfortable furniture and beds. The house was clean upon our arrival and we enjoyed our stay very much.

St Augustine vacation

Property was as described, communication with the host was easy and timely, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to try the pool. Which is unusually big compared to other properties we stayed. Would recommend, specifically if you are going to a concert or show in the Amphitheater

Long weekend & a visit to the amphitheater

Four of us stayed for a long weekend, and the property was perfect for us! Lots of room inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and back porch. The kitchen set up made it easy to prepare meals at home when we didn't go out. Location was optimal since we attended a concert at the amphitheater. We would definitely rent this home again! Beautiful home

This home is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. Nicole was great and responded quickly with any questions we had. The pool was great, but wish there would have been better lighting for night swimming. The fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 dogs. They loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we visit St. Augustine again.
