Clean and sanitized according to CDC guidelines. You will enjoy this SPACIOUS OPEN LAYOUT POOL HOUSE furnished with QUALITY throughout, cooking and grilling supplies, beach supplies, and more! IDEAL LOCATION - Crescent Beach only a 10 minute drive and historic downtown St. Augustine only a 15 minute drive. Local beaches known for being clean, quiet, and allow for dogs on a leash and on-beach driving, fishing, and more!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a spacious half acre corner lot. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge open-concept living space with dining area and bar, fully equipped kitchen, a game room, plus an entertainment room that works as a second living space. Sleeper sofas in the living room and entertainment room. There is a fenced-in back yard with a large pool and pool deck with seating and a grill. The entertainment room has a 65-inch TV and the game room has a full-size pool table and magnetic dart board. All bedrooms are furnished with ceiling fan and smart TV.

There is an attached mother-in-law suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom that has a separate entrance and separate parking; there is not access in the house to the attached apartment and the dedicated parking areas are on different sides of the house. There are no shared spaces as the apartment has its own dedicated outdoor space as well. Guests in the apartment do not have access to the pool unless the reservation is for the entire property. If you are looking for more space and want to rent the attached apartment also, let us know!

This home is located in a nice, quiet, and welcoming subdivision perfect for those who want to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown atmosphere, while still only a short drive to the beach and tourist attractions. Conveniently located within 2 miles of a CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General, Publix, a post office, and restaurants.

Surveillance cameras are at all entrances including the front door to the main house, front door to the apartment, one facing the front yard, one facing the side yard, one at the side gate, and one at the exterior door on the pool deck; the pool is within the coverage area of this device. All cameras are in public view and record video only (no audio). The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the house. Tampering with surveillance cameras is strictly prohibited.

Great vacation house

Me and my 4 kids loved the house. It was clean, well stocked and in a very convenient location. The pool was a big hit. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, we had a great vacation

The kids loved the pool and games. Grandpa loved the comfortable accommodation. Mom and dad loved the huge kitchen and master bedroom. It’s a good vacation when you wish it wasn’t over so fast. The owner was really good at communicating with us. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Quiet Location + Awesome Yard for Dogs

We really loved our stay here, so much so that we added an extra night! The pool was awesome, there were so many little additions that make this place a winner, the lounge chairs, the coffee and snacks, full kitchen of whatever you need, you can tell the owner takes very good care of this home and has made many updates (shower heads, granite counter tops, remote fans, outdoor lighting and landscaping, comfy mattress, nice towels, great washer/dryer, large TVs in each room). The home is in a pretty "woodsy" area with some large properties but just a short drive to stores and downtown or the beaches. Our only issue was the A/C struggling in the late afternoons, but then again it was August, our hottest month, and it did cool down fine once the sun went down. Whether traveling with kids or dogs, I'd highly recommend considering this rental. It's spaced out - so if traveling with another couple or kids, it would work well. Both showers are spacious and great and the place was SUPER CLEAN upon arrival. We will be back again! Thank you Sara!

Great Space!

This home had great space inside and out. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Central location to everything we needed. Sara was easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat.

This is our second time staying at this property. We loved it the first time and loved it this time too! Sara is super friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. (i thought it was nice how she knew a certain way we liked the master bed without needing to be reminded....) We enjoyed the pool and used it frequently. The location is close to everything (there's even a great ice cream shop close by, yum!) We love the space in her house...it just spreads out. The billiard and dart room are a wonderful distraction if the weather isn't perfect to swim. This year there was an added foosball table! Sara has been generous in supplying soaps and trash bags, toilet paper etc. Beach and shower towels are at the ready. There was even a little snack box on the kitchen counter with water bottles when we arrived! Such a "homey" touch.. The yard was nice to bring our pup...enough grassy area for him to get to "explore" and everything is fenced so in the wee hours of the morning we could just put him out in the yard and know he was safe! The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. thank you Sara for yet another nice stay in Florida!!

Everything We Hoped For

I can't say enough Good about this home. It met all of our expectations. It is an exceptionally well thought out property having everything you need for a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking you'd like to do. Televisions in 5 rooms, pool table if the weather stinks, swimming pool if it doesn't. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything and a large fenced in yard which was great for our 2 labs. Even a second private seating area to have your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. And the communication and concern from Sara was immediate. Thank you Sara for a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Beautiful home, great location

This home is spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of room for us and our adult children (20’s). We enjoyed the heated pool, the entertainment room with the huge tv, loved the pool table. Fenced in yard for our pups and privacy. Sara was easy to reach with any questions. Nice neighborhood with a horse across the street and a train nearby which we love. Easy access to stores and entertainment. My daughter became ill with strep and there was an urgent care down the road to take care of us. We would stay again for sure. No one wanted to leave!

Great property

Was as described. The pool was a little dirty but no big deal. The grill was also out of propane. These are minor issues and I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area. The house has plenty of room for 7-8 ppl. Very nice place.

Spacious house, lovely pool

We enjoyed our stay enough to extend our visit an extra 2 days. The house was just as it was listed. Great layout and plenty of room for our family to hang out together and also spread out into our own spaces. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard. The only thing that would make it better would be a sidewalk from the parking area to the house since parking is separated from the house. Walking through the wet grass in the mornings and after FL rains wasn’t pleasant for us.

It was great! The house has everything you need and spacious. The only two things I would recommend are: put stepping stones for a pathway to the house. Also,the beds are way to soft. Beside that you will love it.😊

The house looks just like the pictures, we most definitely enjoyed our stay there are certain aspects of the house that could of used a little attention when it comes to cleanliness but over it was bare able . Would 100% book again if I choose to stay in the same area.

Big property in a Great location

Very Nice house …huge yard with plenty of grass so our dogs loved it…nice pool…safe neighborhood for walks. Master king bed needs replacing. Otherwise furnishings were very nice.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property. While the listing images were accurate, the home is even more spacious and impressive in person. We had a range of ages in our group of 5 - from 8 to 80 years old and everyone was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. Wish our stay was longer. Thanks Sara!

Salty saint augustine

Pretty big, love how there were two living rooms. Kids enjoyed the game room with the pool table. Pool was nicely heated, but could have been warmer. Master room dresser drawers were pretty filthy, but we only stayed a few days so it was ok for us. Beach towels would have been nice to have a few on hand. Plenty of dishes, cups and utensils. Should get rid of the carpet and replace with wood or tile. Pretty neat set up of panthlets for museums and parks hanging by master room on the wall. Property manager is amazing and answers all questions and helps out as much as possible. A nice place to stay, but a bit on the pricey side.

Morningview Stay

As a family of six adults we found our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking our meals. The backyard was super roomy for our dogs. We loved the heated pool after our days at the many beaches just 15 minutes away. It is a quiet neighborhood a distance from Route One. Bring your passwords for the Amazon Fire TVs. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels provided. Beds were decent. The home was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the second great room, especially in the morning. Sara is a wonderful hostess who responded quickly to our questions about the area and offered ideas for us to consider as sightseeing. We would consider coming back for another stay in the future.

Fun in the sun

We really loved the house. It was spacious and perfect for our family vacation. The heated pool was amazing and the pool table and games were the perfect entertainment. Very close to beaches and downtown. Would highly recommend this home and St. Augustine is so beautiful.

Great place with a pool!

What a great place to stay for some time in Florida! Walking into Sara’s home was just like the pics showed. It was spacious and clean! There were extras that my boys loved like the billiard room, a huge living area with a big tv and sprawling leather sectional sofa. There was a pool outback that was very welcoming! The bedrooms were very nice and well appointed. The master bedroom included a king size bed a large bathroom, laundry room and plenty of closet space. The kitchen was really amazing in size and well stocked. I needed a crock pot that wasn’t already there and she was very quick to furnish one before our arrival! Sara is a wonderful host! Very quick to respond to messages with questions before our arrival and questions once we were there. Some of the magnetic darts to the dart board had broken tips. As soon as I made her aware , she ordered new ones and they were there with in 2 days! Although we didn’t have any babies or toddlers, there are things there to accommodate them if you do bring little ones with you. While the property is not beach front, we found it close enough to the beach to make getting there and back very easy and a short trip! Close enough to come and go a few times a day if desired. (Did I mention there is a pool in the property, which was a big draw for our teenage boys!) Sara is very friendly and easy to get along with! Her home is a 10 out of 10! We would stay there again for sure!!

This is a great property

This is the best house we have rented through VBRO. The owner was extremely responsive throughout the rental process and the stay. The pool was the nicest we have had. Also, the owner included amenities that I had not seen before including, a pool table and darts (very popular with the teens), many board games, several pool toys, beach chairs and smart TV's in every room. She even included hand soap at all of the sinks, laundry supplies for the huge washer/dryer, coffee filters and many others to numerous to state. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and shops and the beach was only a 20 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property.

Not my favorite

The house is big and can accommodate a large group. Overall I wasn’t super impressed. The kitchen is not well-stocked, despite the fact that the owner worked her butt off to clean the place it really wasn’t clean enough. I had to clean the bathtub in the master bedroom because it had dirt all in the bottom. The lid of the trashcan had so much nasty trash gunk in it I had to clean that as well. We cleaned the pool on three separate occasions because the pool man never came. The grill ran out of gas in the middle of me cooking on day one and the grease trap on the bottom was overflowing. Now on that one the owners were there within minutes to bring a new gas tank but it was just still unfortunate nobody wants to go through that while grilling. There is an apartment attached to the house that is rented out which I did not know and was not my favorite news. Although the people that rented that apartment were no bother, it’s just funny when you think you’re renting a house and you find out that there’s an apartment attached to it. Overall for what I paid to stay there for four nights I was not overly impressed. The most positive thing I have to say about this property is that it’s very big.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable home

Our vacation here in St Augustine was very relaxing and enjoyable. It's our very favorite vacation spot. We have been coming here for the last ten years and I think this was the best experience yet. The home was gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of relaxing room even with three teenagers and a nine year old. Having the two living areas was awesome. We have stayed in a lot of nice places here in St. Augustine but had never had our own pool before and we loved it! It was our favorite part ☺️. Also, Sara was very welcoming and responsive with any questions. The only downside is I am not quite ready to go home to real life just yet! As long as there is availability we will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

We both work in the communication fields as an American Sign Language professor and Speech-Language Pathologist and are excited to share our wonderful hometown with visitors!
