Absolutely a fantastic place to stay!!!! location is great, amenities are just right, having a smoker to use was awesome!! We couldn’t ask for anything better, would most definitely recommend. And can’t wait to return.

Spectacular house, everything I was hoping for. The private pool area with mountain view is the highlight, but the house interior is also bery nice. The landscaping is beautiful, and the condo property is very nice. Communication with the host, Alejandra is very responsive. I was not at all bothered by the busy road, although yes you can hear cars and trucks pass by behind the wall. The sound of the waterfall blocked it out pretty well, and the property is so nice I wouldn't hesitate to spend another peaceful week here.

We wanted a small condo in Palm Springs for a week get away - this property was perfect! The location is close to the north end of Palm Canyon, so a car or Uber is a good option to go into town for cocktails or dinner. But, the kitchen, grill and smoker are on the patio, so making great dinners you prepare by the pool is always a great option! We did that several nights and the mountain views with the sunsets were beautiful! The fact this property has a good size pool is a plus, and it's not one of those shallow soaking pools some condos have! The two bedrooms are on either end of the property for privacy. And it's dog friendly! Have to give a shout out to our host, Ale. She's attentive, responsive and you can tell she's got pride in this property! We were very happy there.

Great condo in Palm Springs! From the 1st inquiry, the host was responsive & welcoming. Even provided a welcome tray with snacks & a nice bottle of wine upon arrival:) Loved both the indoor & outdoor space. Very roomy with comfortable furnishings. Exceptionally clean. Great location. Close to lots of golf, downtown & restaurants. Highly recommend

Spring in Palm Springs

The condo was wonderfully appointed, and the private Pool was great! We did have the pool heated which from experience in visiting the first of March is a must! So relaxing after a long day of golf! Ale, our host was so professional and responsive! Great choice for staying in Palm Springs!

The upscale feel we wanted, for a price just right. Space was as advertised with a stunning mountain view, a quiet location (even though the fence backs onto the roadway), and a private pool all to ourselves. A big shoutout from Canada to our American neighbours thanking you for the hospitality!

Desert retreat

All communication with property manager/owner was fast and easy. All questions were answered promptly and there was no confusion. The property was beautiful and an amazing place to park yourself for a few days or a week, like we did. Getting into the gated community was a breeze, I do wish that gate remotes were available, but I also understand that people walk off with them. The inside was impeccable and just as the photos show. A very private property with it's own pool, we hardly knew that anyone else was in the complex. I would recommend this vacation rental for a group of 2-4 people. There is ample space both indoors and outdoors that you will never feel crowded. Simply put, this is a place that I would rent again and again!
