Unit is at street level and wheelchair friendly (Patio door tracks and one half step down to pool area offer uneven transitions, bathrooms are NOT fully wheelchair accessible). You will have access to your own private covered balcony. The railing on balcony is 30 inches high. Assigned parking for one car with ample street parking available.
