Newly built townhome just steps from the ocean with modern furnishings and beautiful seawater lagoon and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered drinking water and all cooking essentials to entertain guests in our open concept condo with a dining table for 6, large sofa and love seat, Smart TV and ample patio seating. Two King bedroom suites are complete with comfortable beds, cozy blankets, pillows, luxury linens, wardrobes, custom window coverings, Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, private ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and view balconies.
Just steps from the amazing Sea of Cortez. Relax and play on the private beach while swimming in the calm ocean waters.
Eagle Village community amenities include a beautiful sparking pool with a variety of depths, oversized spa, loungers, benches, restrooms, outdoor shower, seawater lagoon and dock with complimentary paddle boards and kayaks, covered BBQ dining and grassy areas.

I love the privacy and the place was clean we enjoyed the stay, we just missed not be able to get in the beach due to the tide taking all of the water of the shore and coming back to late.

Beautiful Get Away

This was a beautiful place to stay. Loved that we could walk to the beach, swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub. Also having the option to paddleboard or kayak in the lagoon was a definite added bonus. Would stay again.

The condo was nice, perfect for 3 people, and conveniently located down the street from family who had rented a private home in Isla Del Mar. The pool area was lovely and well maintained - lots of shallow ledge area around the pool making it a great spot for "little swimmers". The gas grill and covered outdoor picnic area made for a great lunchtime burger cookout. Had a few glitches with the AC and bedroom blinds however both David and maintenace crew were extremely responsive.

This property was just what our family needed to slow down and relax. The condo is part of a small community of condos and share a beautiful pool and everything sits on a private lagoon. We loved being about to use the paddle boards and kayaks. You just need to put a deposit down at the front gate to get your paddles. On the front side of the condos, you could walk to the beach and it was also extremely quiet. It was very nice to have the quiet and not be right near the city, but it was a good 20 minute drive to get into town. Being able to pack a cooler full of food to cook or grill is the way to go. We were thankful to have distilled water provided. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We experienced some power outages, which also cut off the water. This made things a little bit tricky, but the host handled it so well. There is some staff present as well at the gate and clubhouse. The host was very communicative from the time we booked and as we reached out during the trip. They were great!

Weekend getaway

Birthday getaway! I traveled with my kids and my parents. The host was great, awesome communication. The condo was perfect, so clean! My kids and I loved the pool, lake and beach access. There is so much to do, whether you are staying in or sight seeing.

Best vacation

This condo was so beautiful! Perfect getaway! We went here for a family trip and we had plenty of room and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great advice on what to do! The host Michael was so friendly and continued to check in with us to make sure we were all happy! What a dream vacation! It was my moms bday and she was so happy!! Thank you!

Peaceful stay with family

The unit is as advertised. Host is extremely responsive and even offered us a late check out without us asking because the space was available. It felt unseasonably warm for mid October, but it's been that way in AZ, it's been a hot October. The club house is nice, and it's nice to use the kayaks and walk the golf course in the sunset. We would stay here again.

Though this place is located on the beach, the beach is not conducive to normal beach activities. It is more of a bay and even during high tide, one has to wade a considerable distance before one can swim. During low tide, it is muddy and it has a bad odor.Other than that, the place is great. The host had excellent communication and was very responsive. The pool is great, and so are the kayaks and the paddle boards. The nearby golf course is great, and the price is very reasonable.

Perfect beach retreat

Our family had a truly magical experience at this beach retreat. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including brand new grills outside, which we used several nights while enjoying the serene lagoon and stunning views. The beach was just footsteps away, and we loved venturing out during low tide to catch crabs and search for beautiful shells with our kiddos. It was a joy to release the crabs back into the water after our adventures, and during high tide, we enjoyed swimming in the ocean.One of the highlights was kayaking, which we absolutely loved. Michael, our host, was incredibly communicative, friendly, and accommodating. We thought we had a fridge issue, but he was quick to reassure us and ready to resolve it in no time. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; I don’t think I’ve ever slept as well as I did during our week-long stay.We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in the unit, which wasn't mentioned but was a great convenience for washing our clothes before heading home. The community felt safe, peaceful, and simply amazing. We can't wait to return!

We decided then and there that we would build our Sunset Beach House here to make many magical memories with our family. As our family grew, we expanded our space next door with a 2-bedroom townhome at Eagle Village overlooking both the lagoon and sunset beach.
