The home features three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. It has a very comfortable couch, and two recliners to relax in. There is a large Smart TV in the living room with wifi. Netflix included. Full kitchen, with everything you need. Including Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Outdoor charcoal grill. One bathroom, with shower and bathtub. Washer and dryer on site. Back patio has porch swing and chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Outdoor fire pit recently added with chairs, wood privided! Spacious yard, with large shade trees.
Home is centrally locatated for outdoor activities the area--
- 10 minutes from The Grand Black (Wedding and event venue)
-15 minutes from Montauk State Park.
-20 minutes from Canoe rental for Ozark National Scenic Riverways Current River Float trips.
- 20 Minutes From Big Piney River
- 18 minutes from Salem, MO
- Just 5 minutes East of Licking, MO on Hwy 32.

Great place!

Very cozy house with a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best (and best stocked!) rental property that we have ever stayed in. Enjoying sitting on the back deck enjoying the view. Couldn't recommend more!

Melanie and her husband were the best hosts that you could ask for. She provided snacks and coffee, even giving us extra of a flavor that we liked. The house was very comfortable and had a relaxing vibe. Sitting on the back porch drinking our morning coffee, listening to nature, watching the wildflowers sway in the breeze, and a little kitty friend to pet, if your lucky, was a perfect way to start each day.If I ever make it back, I will absolutely stay here again!

It was very comfortable. We relaxed on the back patio and even enjoyed the porch swing while cooking out in the evening. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed Montauk State Park and the fishing. Will definitely try to come back.

This was perfect for our two night stay. Far enough out of town to be somewhat secluded yet convenient to town, Montauk State Park, and river floating. This place had all the amenities one needs.

Lovely Stay

We had a really great time! House was very clean with lots of amenities! Melanie is amazing and when the AC stopped working she dropped everything to get it fixed same day. We will 100% stay here again next time we go to Montauk!

Great Getaway

This was a great , spacious house and was perfect for my family this weekend. The house was very lcean, well decorated, comfortable beds and couch. All needs were anticipated and we were thankful to not need to run out for forgotten toothbrush or soap. We look forward to booking again at this property.

Great getaway

We were looking to go to Montauk and to visit family in Salem area. This was a great place to stay. The host was very nice. Check in and out was super simple. There's so much more I'd like to say, but out of rspace.

Beautiful area

Well clean and lovely property in beautiful rolling hills in the country. If you want peace and quiet this is it. Owner thought of everything to keep you entertained inside and outside. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Absolutely amazing!

My family and I enjoyed an amazing fishing vacation here. There were so many wonderful extras at this home. We enjoyed a clean, quiet, restful stay with all the comforts of home. Melanie, the host, was quick to answer any questions I had before the visit and she was so kind. There were so many little things that meant so much from a coffee, warm, drink, and breakfast snack spread to toiletries, The kitchen had a full complement of dishes and cookware, books, games, and even charcoal for the grill. I cannot offer enough praise for the wonderful place we enjoyed.

If your looking for a place to stay in this area this is the place! I’m rather picky about a clean place to stay and I’m always worried to book a place that I’ve never stayed at but this place was exceptional! Great people that were very helpful but also gave us our privacy just to enjoy the stay. Highly suggested.
