Great property in a prime location in East Austin. Lots of food and bars in walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is full equipped. Showers are nice as well. The alleyway is tight to navigate with a large vehicle but it is manageable. The host was super responsive.

Great Stay! Clean, Cute and Great Location!

Would stay again, kitchen fully stocked and all the amenities you need plus a cute part of town and quiet neighborhood.

If using rideshare, many drivers had difficulty locating the property and we had to walk all the way around to the street side on a few occasions. Nice accommodations. Host was responsive when contacted.

Great Stay

Enjoyed staying in Austin for a few to visit family. The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, near great restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay again! Host was super nice and always available with help to my questions.

My friends and I stayed here for the F1 race. It was a perfect walking location to a food truck area. Everything that we could’ve needed was provided and the check in process was so smooth. I got there before the check in time and was able to drop off my luggage. We would definitely stay here again for COTA.

Great Family Day Weekend

Excellent house and location for a long weekend in Austin. We walked to many excellent restaurants and bars in the area. The house was very comfortable, bright and clean.

Great Stay

Perfect house for a weekend stay with our friends. Loved that both bedrooms had their own bathroom and a half bath downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and great communication with the owner. Very convenient to downtown. Would stay again.

Best Stay Ever

By far this is the best property I've ever booked. Looks very new or recently updated. It's very well decorated and has everything you need. No mildew or dollar store toiletries in the showers. No weird locked storage doors. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a generously sized powder room down. 10/10 locked storage doors.

Very cute house. Beds super comfy, stocked, clean kitchen and bathrooms. We were here for George Strait concert, and it was a great location to lots of things including the Moody Center. Great communication with host. Description ok but one of the bedrooms was different than when i booked so got a bit nervous but it all worked out. Only negative is the house is actually behind the given address. There is a #1 and #2., so you have to go around block and down an alley. It was storming when our Uber came and he was to pick us up at given address. We would have been soaked but fortunately I was able to call and ask if he could cone down alley. I just don't think that is very clear in description. I would definitely rent again, hopefully host will change description of location a bit. Bring mosquito spray...bad in the driveway. I did make host aware. Great location, felt safe, very quiet at night and lots of cute places close by. House was perfect for us 4 l ladies. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the house and the location. It was very clean and communication was excellent. Wish we could have stayed in Austin longer. We will book the house again if ever back in Austin.
