The neighborhood is rough. There was a crazy guy screaming at 3 am, right outside the door to the property. I was frightened. The neighbor across the street opened her garage doors and played loud music every day at 7am. The inside of the place was clean, I just didn’t feel safe.

Quiet, spacious location. My go to place to stay when I am working in the area. Always responsive staff. Clean with all the amenities you need to a very comfortable stay. This is my 5 or 6th time staying here and have already scheduled my next stay here.

Very Clean! Felt Like Home!

Very pleased with my stay. Communication was great, check in was easy and the place was just as advertised. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lubbock!

The host is quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was spotless. Close to the things I was in town for. Would stay there again if I come back to Lubbock.

It was perfect. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and everything was so nice. It was very clean and comfortable. I have always stayed in a hotel but decided on this place and I will definitely do it again!

The property was very clean and comfortable. It had a lot of things that traditional hotels do not offer such as covered parking, an outdoor sitting area with a grill, washer, dryer and full kitchen. The living room was nice as well with two nice smart TVs. There was ample closet space, only room for improvement would be additional clothes hangers. And perhaps a small dresser under the tv in the bedroom. I stayed a whole week so I had a lot of stuff with me and there was ample space for all my things but these items would definitely improve organization. Other than that I would absolutely stay again when in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and the host was very nice

Beautiful space to stay 2 nights while in town for business. Loved the carport as protection from the possibility of West Texas storms! They really thought of every amenity.

This place is so nice! It has all the amenities that you need. Everything made you feel comfortable and at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Convenient to TTU

Property was easily accessible to TTU. Water pressure in shower is tremendous. Nice towels. This property worked well for us.
