Silver Beach 806 is a west corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 8th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is approximately 1200 sq ft boasting a beautiful corner balcony with an amazing view of the gulf. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths - one has an oversized custom shower, double vanities and soaker tub and the primary bath has custom tiled stand-alone shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The living room has a sofa sleeper. King, Queen, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Silver Beach is an 8-story building with 6 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 6 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. with a 2-car limit. | 25 year age limit. NO PETS.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Wonderful location

We loved the condo and the location. It was so convenient to just walk shortly to the beach and pool and being across the street with Walmart was a big bonus. We loved the corner location of the condo on the 8th floor. The elevators were pretty fast also. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice condo

This is a clean place to stay right on the beach. Great views from the 8th floor but the side balcony is useless as it looks at the building next door. The TV had no signal 3 of the 4 days we were there. The kitchen could use more basic kitchen utensils. Great location.

It was great! We love that area and condo location! Love the deck, could live out there! Few things to check would be…the knife & scissors in kitchen don’t cut anything (really bad can’t cut), it was just my husband and I and the hot water was almost out after both our showers (no they weren’t extra long showers), might consider turning up the heater & the washer was hard to get to start…one time I had to hold the start button forever, other time it was ok? Not earth shattering items just some things to check on…(if I was the owner, I would want to know)… we love the place & will be back of course!! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Good Location, Uncomfy Beds, Less than Helpful Management

While my family and I are not particularly high maintenance when it comes to beach condos (we really just enjoy being there), this place was quite the experience. With a plethora of mirrors and a bathroom that resembled what would have been featured in a 1980s film (there’s a window above bathtub that fogs/unfogs via switch), it didn’t necessarily impress us. The majority of the unit is dated, and it does not appear that much money has been invested in it to keep it modern. Not to mention the beds felt as though they were purchased when the building was first erected. These features, however, could have been overlooked had the management group in charge of the unit been more helpful. I asked two questions via the text line and the responses weren’t indicative of someone inclined to ensure the best experience/stay. (My father-in-law joined us for a portion of the stay, and I inquired about an extra parking pass for his vehicle. The only solution they provided was paid parking nowhere close to the unit. Additionally, I asked about the booking link for the stay and play package, and they directed me to the booking email, which did not have the information. I ended up having to call the company through which the package was provided in order for them to manually send me the link.) I do not make it a habit of bashing businesses, but I feel as though a company that the owner of the unit pays to manage the unit should have the means to ensure a more enjoyable experience.

Beach stay

Everything was good except only one elevator was working the entire stay and then the last day when we were ready to leave no elevators worked. We had to make several trips to carry our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. We did get a $10 discount.

Family Vacation

Overall we were very pleased with this condo. We however did have a few small issues. The TV service was terrible. Most nights it would go in and out so bad that we couldn’t watch it. The WiFi was seemingly nonexistent. Lastly, this was a personal preference, but the master bed was way too firm for my liking. Other than those things, we really enjoyed it. It had plenty room with an excellent balcony with plenty outdoor furniture.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The unit is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. It’s a smaller building which is exactly what we wanted. It’s not completely renovated, but it was still nice. The kitchen was missing some basic things like oven trays, but other than that we had what we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It could have been cleaned a little bit better- sand was on the floor and some decorations were dusty, but everything else was satisfactory as far as cleanliness goes. The management was easy to communicate with and check in/out was seamless.
