Come and enjoy this beautiful home in Parker, AZ! This house has all the amenities that are needed for you to enjoy your much needed getaway. The open floor plan living area is perfect for lounging, and is large enough to accommodate 6 guests with 2 additional air mattresses. Every bedroom has storage for guests who are seeking a longer stay along with an AC and TV in each room. The public boat ramp is directly down the street to make for an easy, stress-free weekend. *No garage access.

Great place & location

We really enjoyed the place and our stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near Parker. We go out there every year this is by far the best place we’ve stayed.

Perfect for our one night stay while on a road trip with friends. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this setting met our expectations. Living room area, kitchen, etc were comfortable, communication with owners was quick and helpful. Not much for scenery but that wasn’t a big priority. Easy access to restaurants,etc.

Race weekend in Parker

Had a great time in Parker at the house. Everything was so nice. Really nice place to stay. Easy to communicate with hosts. Great location and plenty of room to park. Would def stay there again

Beautiful modular home...Everything looked brand new. Very clean. Great amenities. Easy access. Great parking under the covered driveway. Hosts provided excellent instructions. The A/C units in all the rooms were outstanding. The best feature was the sectional couch! The entire couch reclined! Super comfy. The boat launch area is at bottom of the street with a dirt lot to park your truck/trailerfor day use. Thanks to Lauren for your great hospitality. I would definitely come back again!

Great experience

The house was beautiful. Check in was easy. Close to the water. House was clean and quiet. We had the perfect little get away for us. I highly recommend this place if you want some rest and relax by the water. Loved it.

Very very dirty horrible check in key box is in a corner with no lights tried the ol leaky air freshener buy us a new dresser! Why would you buy toxic leaky air fresheners to start with. No views but an ugly neighborhood filled with cigarette smoke from trailer park across street

Hi Brandt, Unfortunately you did not read the check in instructions provided before your stay nor the message I sent reiterating the directions that detail the code and location of the lock box. The lock box is as close as possible to the front door, and you were trying to open our neighboring garage which is clearly not part of the listing. We are always happy to remove any fragrance (glade air fresheners) from the home and even wash the bedding with fragrance free detergent for guests with sensitivities, but you never communicated this to us before or throughout your stay. The home has never been smoked in and was freshly remodeled (new flooring, drywall, bathrooms, kitchen, etc) in 2021, and I personally clean the home before each reservation and did not note any smoke odors before your stay. None of the concerns you mentioned were brought to our attention until after you checked out and were sent a request for the damage to the dresser you caused. The home is located in the Cienega Springs subdivision, which is one of the nicest subdivisions in Parker. If you were looking for riverfront property, please consider the Keys for your next stay and be ready to pay 5x+ the price. You are the first person to leave us a bad review in the 3 years the home has been listed. Please bring concerns such as these to the attention of your host immediately for future stays for a better experience.

The host was communicative and easy going. The home was clean and lovely to relax in after a day in the water. A/c was a great temp the whole and parking was easy. You have to stay here
