Cruise your way to breakfast, lunch, and dinner from this spacious 1,600 sq ft waterfront retreat in the heart of Moovalya Keys. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers 65 feet of water frontage, waterfront patios with a BBQ, and approximately 40 feet of boat moorage. Enjoy a 2-car garage, trailer parking, and a prime location near the mouth of the river. The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining, whether you’re gathering with family or hosting a weekend of adult fun!

With nearly 30 years of work travel experience, I truly understand the value of exceptional customer service. As a local resident, I’m just around the corner and readily available to help ensure your stay is seamless and memorable.

**Kindly note: we require a Government-issued photo identification for the check-in.**

We can accommodate a MAXIMUM OF SIX ADULTS, with no more than SEVEN PEOPLE TOTAL. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.

The Homeowner's Association requires a Tenant Information Sheet be completed for each stay and they charge a $25 administrative processing fee.

Rene the host is so nice and accommodating. The house is clean and spacious. It has a big kitchen and family room with big windows. We loved staying here! It’s our second time and we plan to stay here again.

It was exactly as it should be. I've been to a lot of different vrbo's and this one is very nice. It actually looks like the pictures it's perfect! Great location! Don't forget to try the bluewater Casino!

Great house with lots of space. Owner was very pleasant to work with. A few minor issues that I shared with the owner but overall it was great. I would definitely stay here again and refer this rental to others.

Beautiful, spacious home with an open floor plan in a very nice neighborhood. Very roomy for five adults without feeling overcrowded and easy access to the Colorado River.

The ONLY river house for us!

We plan to make all our past and future memories here! It’s the perfect house for us. Feels like home!! Owner is awesome and so was our experience both this year and last year. Our yearly tradition traveling from out of state.

Great Place!

This house was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of space! Dock fit my bot and jet ski no problem! Rene was great! He was the most accommodating owner I have ever encountered on VRBO! Can’t wait to come back!

The owner was very prompt, attentive and courteous. The house was very comfortable and had high end finishes like the stainless steel pans, German knives, Weber grill and really comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were even stocked with Charmin. The floating dock was great. We put some of the chairs on it and relaxed into the evenenings.
