We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and its convenient location. We apologize for the confusion regarding early check-in. Early check-ins are never guaranteed, as they depend on cleaning schedules and availability. In this case, the request was not approved or charged in advance, and an email was sent for confirmation but was never responded to. We’re glad the rest of your stay was enjoyable, and Sandhills Rentals would love to welcome you back again with a smoother experience.
