This home was perfect and Cozy our family to attend a baby shower. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the back yard was great for being together, and the house alll the comforts of home. Thank you to our host and we will definitely be back.

Perfect home /location in southern pines

Great property with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, linens, very clean and an absolute perfect location close to downtown shops / restaurants. We will stay here again on our next golf trip !

Great place to stay for our family. Grandkids loved the large yard. Place looked recently remodeled. Very clean; comfortable beds; good kitchen. Definitely would stay again.

U S Open vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Nice yard for the kids. The town is charming and we walked there several times.

Good location

A group of us (mid 30s-40s) stayed here. We had 7 people so the bed situation was perfect. The house is well appointed and in a safe area convenient to town.

Family get away

Perfect location with walking distance to downtown. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate. Checkin was easy.

Family time

The house was incredible. So much character. Perfect spot in downtown Southern Pines. Room for our local family to play games in the front yard and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. Easiest check in and out process. Will definitely book this house again next time!

The property was nice and clean. It would have been nice to have been told we should bring laundry detergent. Also, pillows need to be updated along with towels as they had bleach marks on them. Location was great and we enjoyed our stay 👍

Location with benefits!

Very well furnished home, generous sized bedrooms, kitchen and dining/living room area and newly renovated master bathroom. It has back and front lawns and carport and even a firepit and a BBQ. Adjacent to Weymouth House and the walking trails and three blocks from the charming main street in Southern Pines. Also close to the art gallery at Campbell House and the wonderful Sunrise Theatre. House was spotless on our arrival and we liked the generous supply of kitchenware and bathroom toiletries. Pots and pans in abundance, two coffee makers, lots of dishes and plates and even a supply of dark roast coffee pucks. Nice touch! Very relaxing, quiet neighbourhood but also near the ‘action’ of downtown. Lovely balance. Host was wonderful to deal with, pleasant and efficient,
