Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location! Loved that we can walk to the beach and restaurants. Just paradise and can’t wait to come back again soon!

This property is in a great location! Plenty to do within walking distance. The pools were small but nice. There were plenty of beach toys and the wagon was great to have. This is a second floor unit. The lanai was lovely. The furnishings are a little worn. The bed linens were fine but towels were musty and we ended up buying our own which we left behind. One of the three bedrooms does not have a closet which was a problem for our group. There were fans in the unit that worked great. The master bed was too high but thankfully there is a step stool. We stayed for a month and would be happy to stay again!

The Coconut Plantation is a lush, beautifully landscaped, and well maintained place to stay. We'd love to stay again at this property in the future. View from, and location of Lanai was fantastic! The 3bed, 2bath upstairs unit was comfortable, clean, well supplied (yoga mats!) and organized. My husband worked remotely from the dining room table, my son used the armoire in his bedroom as a standing desk. The airco works great in all rooms, and there's fans everywhere. There's a garage with all the beach gear you'll need, and to park your car (narrow 1 car garage, remember to fold your mirrors) or park it at the guest parking spot that comes with the appartement. My youngest son joined the Ko-Olina gym for the month, a very nice perk that comes with this rental. We made most of our meals at the appartment. We BBQ-ed at the pool's excellent Weber gas grills. The small kitchen has a good size fridge/freezer with water& ice thru the door, essential in Hawaii imo. Don't expect too much from the recirculating microwave hood vent, or the dishwasher (we basically pre-washed everything). Good capacity washer and dryer were available. Dryer did fine, but we had to give the washer a deep cleaning, and notified property management of the issue. Hopefully, it was added to the maintenance schedule. Washer worked great after. The unit is supplied with plenty of adequate tools (vacuum cleaner etc.) to keep it clean, very important to keep insects etc. at bay in the tropics.

Location, location, location!

We loved our time in Ko’olina and staying at this property in Coconut Plantation. The location was close to golf, tennis courts, lagoons, shopping and swimming pools. The condo was very comfortable. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and very good quality bed linens and towels. The Ko’Olina Beach and Sports Club is available to you as a renter which has a variety of fitness classes and access to the fitness center. The cost is 25 per member. Best deal around. My only recommendation to improve the experience would be to add a dining table out on the lanai. I would rent here again but it’s not available next year for our dates.

Really enjoyed our stay in Coconut Plantation. The pool was great, as were the resort amenities in the area. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Rental in Ko Olina

This beautiful villa in Ko Olina was perfect for our family vacation in Hawaii. Conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated Coconut Plantation community, the property is well maintained and has all the amenities you would expect from a premier property. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary cooking utensils and supplies to prepare family meals, and the outside patio has a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture. Our children and grandchildren loved swimming in the large “Ocean” pool located only a short walk from the.villa. And the famous Ko Olina lagoons, the Disney Resort, Four Seasons Resort, as well as upscale shopping and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk from the front gate of the community. Our family was very comfortable in this villa and I will certainly consider coming back in the future. The only bad day was the day we had to leave this beautiful property.
