As you step into Kai Lani 8B, you're greeted by a bright and airy space, with tile floors throughout that add a touch of cool, island elegance. The living area, furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV, is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Ceiling fans in each room ensure a comfortable environment, circulating the gentle Hawaii breezes.

This condo is thoughtfully furnished to accommodate up to six guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen bed, and two twin beds, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep for everyone.

The kitchen in Kai Lani 8B is fully equipped with all the essentials you need for home-cooked meals, making it easy to enjoy a family dinner or a quiet breakfast before starting your day of island exploration.

Available for 30-day vacation rentals or longer-term leases of 6+ months, this condo offers flexibility for various stays. Tenants on longer-term leases are responsible for electric, cable, phone, and internet expenses. Parking is conveniently provided with one car space in the garage and one outside assigned parking space.

Located within the family-friendly yet romantic Ko Olina resort, you're just moments away from a plethora of activities and experiences. Spend your days on the Ko Olina Championship golf course, relax at one of the four breathtaking sandy lagoons, or indulge in the luxury of the nearby Four Seasons Resort and Spa.

For a taste of Hawaii culture, enjoy breathtaking sunsets, authentic luaus, and relaxing evening strolls through Ko Olina. World-class restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are only minutes away, offering a serene atmosphere with the excitement of city life a short drive to Honolulu.

Please note, in compliance with Oahu's zoning laws, this home requires a minimum 29-night rental. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month, with any excess being the responsibility of the guest. Additionally, grills are not permitted on private lanais.

Kai Lani 8B is not just a vacation rental; it's a gateway to a luxurious Hawaii experience, where every day is an opportunity to create unforgettable memories.

1 Assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.

By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.

This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied if rented for 30 consecutive days.
