The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The summer and early fall was hot in Nice and the air conditioning was important and worked very well to keep us cool. We were close to the beach, shopping and the train station. Roxanne was a delight, very kind and helpful with I formation that we needed to get around in Nice. We would stay again in the apartment if we are fortunate to return to Nice. Thank you for your hospitality, we all enjoyed Nice and its friendly people.

An amazing apartment on the most beautiful avenue in Nice. The apartment manager was extremely accommodating. We have visited Nice several times and this experience was the best ever. The sea view apartments are inferior. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a living room, dining room and modern kitchen in a nice building. Roxanne went out of her way to make our stay fantastic.

Everything about the property was wonderful! I felt the price was higher than I wanted to spend but could not find a rental in my price range for the days I was going to be in Nice. There were only 2 of us staying at the property and really only needed it for sleeping. Roxanne, our host was extremely resourceful and accommodating. She kept in touch via what’s app and responded immediately to questions or recommendations. Amazing 3 days in Nice! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in the heart of Carre D'or. Our host Roxane was terrific. We would have booked for two months next year but the apartment was already taken. Whether you stay for a week or a few months, this the apartment to book.
