You will also be just a short drive away from our world-famous ski resorts. You will get the best of Salt Lake City in this beautiful Duplex.

We had a great stay here while in Salt Lake City for a work event. We had a group of coworkers staying together, and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a busy day.The location was also fantastic. It’s just a few minutes from the University of Utah and about 10 minutes from downtown, which made it really convenient for us to get around.The house had everything we needed, and it was a really comfortable place to come back to each day. I could see this being a great spot for a family, a group traveling for work, or anyone visiting the U. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

The townhouse worked perfect for housing our team when in town for a trade show. Everything was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is the parking is a bit tight for full size trucks.

This property was okay for us because we were attending something at the University of Utah so the location was good. There were some issues with the property that were handled quickly and professionally by the property manager. We were a little surprised by the property surroundings and the street ( seemed more like an alley) it was located on.

Super cute

It was a super cute place and was great for all our business partners for convention. Would stay here again. The only thing i wish they had was a water filter and more coffee cups as there wasn’t enough coffee cups for each person in the morning and some had to wait or drink out of a glass. Other than that it was a great spot!

Wonderful experience

We traveled to Utah from Michigan with a large team of missionaries. We rented both sides of the home, which was perfect. The home was very clean and had all of the cooking utensils we needed to prepare large meals. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were comfortable and provided rest from our long days in the mission field. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

This is a really great place for a large group of people. There were 12 in our group, 8 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for us. It’s in a good location for access to the things you’d want to see and do in SLC. The home has a nicely appointed kitchen with everything you’d need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Things were generally very clean, but the rugs, carpet, and upholstery are looking like they could use a deep clean. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Lovely tri-level condos in Salt Lake City

Our group rented both condos during our stay in April. The condos look better in person than in the photos. Brand new so it was very clean with plenty of kitchen supplies and spices. We like that there were 3 bathrooms for the 3 spacious bedrooms. Conveniently located (5 minutes drive) to markets and restaurants. Only thing is the street is very narrow and needs to be re-paved. Rachel was prompt to respond and pleasant to work with. We would stay there again if visiting SLC.

We were there with extending family for a wedding weekend. The house was beautiful and clean inside. The parking is terrible when you can sleep 16 there are usually several cars involved. We had some little ones with no where to play. I was unaware there was no back yard at all. My reason for lower than perfect rating was for the parking situation and the yard. Other than that we had a great time with plenty of beds.
