This place was great! Perfect location too. Can walk to Trader Joes and nearby Sugar House restaurants and shops. I read the reviews beforehand and decided to bring along some eye masks for the billboard lights and that worked great. It would be nice to have some blackout shades though! Beds were super comfortable, along with the pillows! Stocked with everything we would need for a long weekend. Thank you!

Excellent stay in this 3rd floor condo while visiting our son at Westminster University. We especially appreciated the (very comfortable) king sized beds, the secure underground parking, the well equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the excellent host communications. We tried a few of the restaurants Lake City recommended and loved them all! The billboard mentioned in other reviews does make the master glow a bit, but I use a sleep mask anyway so it was not an issue. The building was very quiet with lots of nice amenities. Will definitely stay again!

Very convenient location with easy access to the sugar house restaurants. Close to grocery store. The beds were very comfortable. The back room was warm and could use a fan. The front rooms need black out shades because of the blinking neon sign. Otherwise, a great place for us.

The apartment was a really nice unit and building clean as well. I would recommend getting eye masks for sleeping because the main bedroom and smaller bedroom face large well lit billboards that made the rooms difficult to sleep in. There are shades but don’t block the light from billboards. I recommend owners to put in black out curtains.

Great location with easy on an off near I-80. What we loved most was that we didn't have to go hunting for laundry soap in town. The host does not scale back on what you might need. Plenty of toilet paper, q-tips, cotton swabs, toilet paper, etc. Unit was clean and enjoyed the offstreet, basement, secure, private parking.
