Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our property offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in this vibrant city. Whether you're here for business, a family vacation, or a weekend getaway, our home provides a cozy retreat for all.

Space:
This spacious home boasts three bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds, providing ample sleeping space for up to six guests. The rooms are adorned with tasteful furnishings and plenty of natural light, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay.

The living area is a cozy haven where you can unwind after a day of exploring Cleveland. Sink into the plush sofas and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or gather around the fireplace for a cozy night in. The open layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area, creating a perfect space for entertaining or enjoying a family meal.

Conveniently located in South Cleveland, our home offers easy access to the city's top attractions. Explore the nearby parks, dine at local eateries, or take a short drive to downtown Cleveland for a taste of the city's vibrant culture.

This is a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Cleveland near Maple Heights. This culturally diverse area has friendly neighbors and sits along a public transit route for the RTA (Regional Transit). Uber and Lyft are readily available 24/7. Car, bike, walk, take the RTA bus, catch an Uber or Lyft. It's a busy area and easy to get around.

NOTE: The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum property capacity is 8. Any additional guests above 4 (that is, for a 5th, 6th, 7th, and/or 8th guest) require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each. Pricing and availability may vary, so check the listing for the most up-to-date information.
NOTICE: ALL STAYS AT THIS PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES

This property, located at 17632 South Miles Road in Cleveland, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").

All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum Property capacity is 8. Any additional Guests above 4 (that is, a 5th, 6th, 7th, and/or 8th Guest) each require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each. If one or more Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.

Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, please request early check-in at the time of your booking to allow us time to prepare for your arrival. Please understand that there is no guarantee we can accommodate these requests.

Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.

Parking:
Park next to the side of the house. Guests and Visitors may park only in designated parking areas or on the street and must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.

Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Any costs for repair due to property damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced to You.

Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.

Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.

Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.

Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.

You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.

Pets:
Pets are welcome, but You are limited to a maximum of 2 during your Stay. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your Stay (each a “Pet”). All Pets (a) must be registered at the time of Your booking and (b) are subject to a $75 Pet Fee each. You will be liable for a $125 Unregistered Pet Fee for each unregistered Pet, and a $20 Cleaning Fee if any such Pets leave excess mess, at our discretion.

Miscellaneous:
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.

Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.

Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:

Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.

Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.

Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.

Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement, and always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.

The pictures of the house are old and do not show what the house is like. House for sale sign in yard and grass was not mowed while we stayed there 2 weeks. Back steps are back and front railing is bad. Smelled of smoke in the kitchen. The bathroom light went out and was fixed during our stay. Kitchen table was not sturdy.
