I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it.

Just a place to lay your head. Don’t expect any amenities. Bring everything you would need in your own kitchen and bath because nothing is supplied. Not a sponge or a replacement trash bag even. Dirty floors especially the air vents. Be warned the washer and dryer are in an ancient filthy basement. Guess you get what you pay for.

I guess this guest forgot to mention that they told me things were missing their first night and I dropped them off the next morning. They also went into the basement and pulled out the air filters from the furnace to tell me they were dirty. Then the smoked in the unit. They also told me I needed throw pillows. I don't really know if they were picky, had unrealistic expectations or were just complainers. They are the first guests to ever check the air filters in the furnace, which says something to their level of "looking for problems".

Stayed with my teenage son and my 2 fur babies. The pictures of the home were accurate so no guessing. So thankful to have a clean places to stay that accepts dogos. Worth every penny, I've already rebooked for next week. If you're on the fence. Kindest try it.

Great home

Great stay! Loved the historic home and the details you preserved. Stayed in Cincy for a concert at the hall park… location was perfect for that. House was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again if we’re back in the area.

Comfortable stay great location

We needed a pet friendly place to stay with our dog when we were there, as well as temperature controlled for when she was in her kennel while we were out and about. The neighborhood was quiet, and friendly, a great place to take the dog out on walks, and the location was near the 2 attractions we wanted to go see. It was great for us!

Perfect Place

The space was amazing! A spotless, beautiful home with plenty of space. Norwood is a great neighborhood in Cincinnati! We will be using this place again for sure!

Weekend in Cincinnati

Was a good place for our family of 6 to reconnect from across 3 atates. Bedrooms were big. Living space was enough. Nice accomodations in an old neighborhood. Communication came from the host on time and diections were clear.

We enjoyed our stay! Proximity to all the things we needed was fabulous. The home is older and has lots of unique characteristics. Property manager gave clear instructions on checkin/checkout. Only reason for not 5 stars is that the bathroom shower curtain had some mold and the wall behind bathroom door appeared dirty. Would have liked to see some books, games, and other personal touches to make it a WOW property. Saying that everything was as advertised! Beds were comfy and sheets super soft! Would stay again if back in the area.

Good location for things in Cincinnati

Property was as described and location was great for all the things in Cincinnati that we were doing. There could have been more silverware/kitchen amenities, but mostly there to sleep. I received timely communications and instructions, but when I asked the owner a question several times, I never received a response. Glad we didn't have any huge issues where I would have needed to get ahold of him.

Great for XU families

This spot is very convenient for anyone visiting Xavier, a super quick walk to off campus housing, Cintas, All for One Shop. The neighborhood is very walkable but you stray just a mile the neighborhood isn’t the best. Not a ton of hang out space but we weren’t spending much time in the unit so that didn’t matter. Unit was very clean but window sills, door frames, and blinds were dusty with some cobwebs. Overall great place for XU visitors!

The amenities would have been rated much higher if the accommodations were clean. The linens and beds were clean, but overall the place needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen was very dirty, and I am glad that we had not planned to use the kitchen for anything but a light breakfast. We tidied up the kitchen a bit, but the room was unsuitable for cooking as the appliance were dirty, the cabinets were sticky, and the garbage can had gnats. Since it was a holiday weekend, I understand that a cleaning crew were have been difficult to hire. However, when I reached out, Seth did not acknowledge my concerns. The host’s communication seemed to be auto responses.The location was excellent, parking was plentiful, and there are charming details in the architecture.

Absolute nightmare!!

Cockroaches!!!! broken furniture two rooms instead of one because ancient old doors broken no lock can’t shut. Board loose in closet with nails sticking out !! Terrible door setup with other renters banging from 10pm till 4am!!! Misleading is an understatement
