Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Quail Hollow Country Club (PGA), and 25 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, this space is easily accessible from I-77 and I-485.

Great location but not comfortable for 5 adults.

Great location- close to golf/restaurants/shopping. I slept on sectional (not a pull-out). Not enough cups, plates or towels for 5 people and coffee pot was very small. Deck door did not lock. Bathroom door very difficult to open/shut. HOA needs to update outdoor wooden steps. Dead batteries in master tv remote.

Excellent stay

The apartment was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure which was great because I have a lot of hair! 😁 Stephanie was very responsive to any questions before the trip. We would definitely recommend this and would stay again except for the stairs (bad knee so just would prefer first floor) but not a deal breaker because our stay was so nice. Thank you!

Quiet Apt Complex, Lovely Tidy Unit

We had a great stay here, in Charlotte to visit area family! The apartment was exactly as advertised, very nicely decorated, tidy and clean with a great first impression. The surrounding neighborhood seems quite safe, is lovely to walk around in, and has numerous options for dining, groceries, and shopping as needed nearby. Hosts were very responsive with communication when we needed to be in touch briefly to sort out a check in detail, and we were grateful for that. The complex it's in is very quiet and well-manicured, with easy parking. My only note in case it's relevant for someone is that the building stairs and walkways to access the apartment are older wood and not perfectly smooth or sturdy, which is more about the complex management and not the apartment owners. Just to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility challenges.

Quiet apartment with great location

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with an ideal location near to shopping, parks, and walking trails. The owner was very responsive to any minor questions we had and the property was clean and reflective of the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. Stephanie was also very attentive and quick with any questions or concerns we had. Overall a great place.

Fantastic Stay

The property is in a perfect location, if South Charlotte is your destination. It's located in a clean, quiet neighborhood not far from SouthPark mall. The area is super easy to navigate & feels very safe. The property is exactly as depicted in the host's pictures, & is a lovely place. The host was very helpful & accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!!!

We were visiting Charlotte for a swim meet and this property was everything we needed and wanted! Great location, safe! Apartment was perfectly clean and kitchen was equipped for cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable and living area was cozy. Just perfect!! The owners promptly answered my questions and were very helpful. Definitely telling friends and would stay again. Enjoyable Charlotte Stay

We were very pleased with the property and it accommodated all our need. A second bath would have been nice but we got by well in shifts. Great location for all of our activities. We would recommend to others.

Cozy Apartment

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We were a bit disappointed to find that essentials such as hand soaps and laundry detergent were watered down, but a quick trip to Target took care of that. The community was very quiet and peaceful and being able to access the gym during our stay was a definite plus!

Great location and amazing host

This is a great location in Charlotte - right next to South Park with loads of amenities. The condo was decorated so nicely - and the beds the comfiest I’ve ever been on!! I will go back if we are back in the area!

Just Like Home

Stephanie thought of everything to have on hand just like I have at home. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the living room, the furniture was super comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and accessible to lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

My family absolutely enjoyed our vacation, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. The property was extremely clean and very nicely furnished and everything we could have wanted was provided. It all started with an epiphany. One evening in early September of 2021, my husband and I were laying in bed when I decided that I wanted to start a vacation/short-term rental business. There was a small pause before my husband replied,..."lets do it". Four months later, we acquired our first location and our journey began. I always knew that I enjoyed interior design and this was the perfect opportunity to show off a little skill. After countless trips to IKEA, Marshalls, TJ Max and a handful of meet-ups arranged through OfferUp, my husband and I put the finishing touches on our boho style apartment. We were almost tempted to just move in ourselves haha. This was our creation, our baby, our pride and joy, and we were excited for others to experience the fruits of our labor. One 5-star review after another and we were convinced that we were on the right track. For us, there is no greater feeling than when a guest takes pleasure in our accommodation. Hospitality is at the forefront of our minds and we look forward to hosting your next stay.
