We had a wonderful 7 day stay at this beautiful home in Pensacola, FL! The location was perfect, especially being directly across the street from the beach. It was so convenient to walk over and enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The house was comfortable, clean, and provided a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We really appreciated the location and everything the property had to offer. Staying for a full week made it feel like a true getaway, and we were sad to leave! We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Pensacola. Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was beautiful in the home. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed. Only suggestion to the owners is to provide beach chairs. There was plenty of beach and pool items but no chairs. Also we had the pool water level overflow two different days. Not sure why.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 2 ago. 2025
We’re so glad the home was a great fit for your group and that you found everything beautiful and spacious. Thank you for the helpful feedback. We’ll pass along the note about the beach chairs to the owners. As for the pool water levels, we’ll have our team look into that to make sure everything’s running as it should. We’d love the chance to host you again for another relaxing stay! Paradise Beach Homes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is simply beautiful and close to beach. The perfect amenities and everything well thought out. We could all eat together as one big family. Love that every bedroom has own bathroom too. We never felt like we had 13 people in the house -with almost half being kids! haha.

Great House and Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property and the good far outweighs the bad. Pros: amazing location with a short walk to beach, great pool, amazing floor plan perfect for large families. Large kitchen with two dishwashers. Nice bathrooms.Cons: the same items we reported as damaged during our first stay were not fixed at all, which we found odd. The pool was full of bugs and we were constantly cleaning it... did not have this issue at nearby houses with similar pools during same time of year. one of the dishwashers isn't anchored so it "falls" when opening it. the bedsheets are like cardboard... really poor quality. Recommend bringing your own. Like i said though, those "cons" are small compared to how great the property is as a whole. management company was great to work with as well.
