Pet friendly; Pet fee $150 1st pet, $100 ea additional pet. Pets are not allowed in the fence pool area, nor public beach. There is a doggy beach approx. 1.5 MI East of home.
Walking Distance to shops & restaurants. Pensacola Beach Gulf front home is full of beautiful details and amenities. Breathtaking views from the beachfront balconies. One balcony spreads across the width of the home and is furnished with tables and chairs. In addition there is a loft balcony that also overlooks the Gulf of Mexico w/lounger for your enjoyment. Home supports entertaining large families/groups with ease. Four bedrooms/three baths setup to sleep 12.
The 'Four de Leigh' is a family-owned beach house. The owners are natives of Louisiana--Fleur de Lis nation. They have frequented Pensacola Beach for many years and purchased a beach house to make memories with their families and friends and to share with guests the same. The home is a tasteful mix of southern class, fleur de lis and coastal beach living. A beautiful location for Weddings. The 'Four de Leigh's name was established to represent the owners' four daughters all of which bare the middle name 'Leigh'.

Home Away From Home

Very clean and VERY well stocked. It is apparent this is someone's home and they take good care of it, unlike some of the rentals owned by corporations. We absolutely loved our visit, and are looking forward to booking again there soon!

Great family vacation!

This is a great property right on the beach. It’s a perfect spot for families with kids- there are beach toys, cribs, high chair. They have everything you need for cooking.

Wonderful Location

The setting is beautiful. The house was very clean. Even though the weather was a little chilly, the heated pool was perfect! We had a wonderful during our stay here as always!

Trip went very smoothly. Andrea was wonderful to work with. Check in and out was simple and the property was excellent...kids spent more time in the pool than the ocean! Will definitely consider making this a yearly trip

Weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. We had a group of seven and were very comfortable. Loved being walking distance from beach. Not a lot of people on the beach this time of year, so we had a lot of privacy. Loved the location of house and the concreted parking area. Didn’t use the pool so I cannot comment on that. Had an overall great stay.

Return Visit to Four de Leigh

Our extended family just returned from another annual visit to P'cola Beach and we returned for the 3rd year to Four de Leigh. It is a wonderfully maintained home with a fully stocked kitchen and nice linens. The available beach chairs & floats make it ready for fun! Thanks to the Meyer family and Andrea for making everything such a pleasure to return.

Paradise found!

What a lovely home on the beach. We have traveled to PCola Beach many times and this home was by far the best. Felt like we where at home. Linens, towels and everything in a kitchen you could ask for. We have already booked for 2013. Thank you for making great memories for the Lane family from Texas!!

We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and Andrea was very pleasant and accommodating. The beach was awesome, I only wish we could have controlled the wind as it was brutal at times. Mother Nature had other plans, but we did get several days without the winds and lots of sun.

This property is wonderful!!! The property owner was so helpful to answer all our questions. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation...beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, private pool, ice machine..... My family says "Lets book this property again next year!" Great location for a family getaway

Spent 1 week with family at this property. Location is fantastic with steps to the beach. Home is well appointed with everything from beach toys, beach towels, laundry detergent and well stocked kitchen. The property owner was prompt to respond to the few requests we had. We loved how quiet and secluded it felt. The cleanliness of the property had a lot to be desired. I’d recommend a cleaning service coming in to do a deep clean and also a thorough walk through for repairs such as the downstairs bathroom vents not working and unusable ice machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

My family has been coming to the beach for the past 8 yrs and decided to try Pensacola Beach for the first time. We absolutely loved it and loved the house! It was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. The location is wonderful and we even met some great people from the house next door! My favorite spot was drinking coffee on the patio overlooking the water each day. It was so nice to have beach chairs there and toys for the kids. They especially loved the hammock downstairs. Would definitely recommend this house. Andrea was wonderful to deal with too! We will be back for sure. :)

Fabulous Family Vacation!

Our family of 6 adults (myself, my wife, 2 grown children and their spouses) and 2 grandchildren had a great time! The pool was a lifesaver during hot days when the ocean currents were too strong to get in. There was plenty of seating in the common areas for a big group. The extra towels (bath and beach), paper products, etc added a nice bonus. The under cabinet ice maker kept us supplied in ice all week for beverages and coolers. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for use by renters if you don’t bring your own. The location was perfect for a quiet beach experience, but close enough to get to shopping and restaurants in less than an 5 minute car ride. All in all we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Andrea!

This Vacation Home is better than advertised. The space below the home is large and provided storage for all our beach toys we bring with us on vacation. Access to the pool is secure and the young ones enjoyed the pool all week. The living area of the home has a good layout and has all that is needed for cooking and entertainment. Next to the kitchen is a coffee and wine/liquor bar that is not shown in the pictures. A ping pong table is located in the upper loft. Access to the beach is good but a bit of a stain for older family members. Communication with the Host was excellent.

Huge house

This was a very spacious home, and it had everything you need to cook and entertain. My only complaint was that I booked it solely for the heated pool so my kids, neice and I could swim in December. It was broken. It was not able to be fixed during my stay (Thursday-Sunday) so unfortunately we never got to swim. I picked this home over less expensive ones due to the heated pool option, so we were all just very disappointed.

Girls trip

Best place me and my friends have ever stayed. Been going for 7 yrs or so to different places. Love this home!!!! A lot of room, beach front, fully stocked with all things needed, plus HEATED POOL.

Family vacay

Gorgeous house only a few feet from beach, quick easy walk over the dunes to the crystal white sand, so well appointed... had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. Will definitely consider going back to this house for next family vacation. Within walking distance to shops and eateries. Great views. The entire family just lived this place. Thanks so much for a great trip. Andrea was especially easy to work with when we had a few mishaps. She allowed me to be able to relax and let the stress go away. Thank you

Great place!

Our stay here was amazing! The owner was great & exceeded our expectations & she responded to us immediately when we called or texted. The house had so much more than we expected so we wish we would have packed less. For insistence, the reviews had that there were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & beach toys but didn’t know how many so we brought our own. Trust me when I say, don’t! This place had approximately 10-15 beach chairs with 3 big umbrellas, numerous beach toys, floats & at least 16- 20 beach towels. We really had no complaints from our stay besides the pool not being warm on our arrival but the owner answered our call & walked my husband through how to get it warm & the pool was warmed within an hour or so of that call. Excellent place to stay! We will most definitely be booking this place again! This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on! 10/10
