Angie's Acre at the Center of the Nature Coast Area!
Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!
The space
The master suite includes a queen size bed, bathroom, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom includes a full size bed and will use the guest bathroom. The sofa makes up into a queen size as well. There is currently a fully operational eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer, and gas grill for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests to Angie's Acre may access the larger fenced area through the side gates on the south for secured boat parking. The rest of the home is fully accessible for your convenience.
Other things to note
Our area is home to several springs, numerous kayaking waterways, and of course, access to the Gulf of Mexico. You will find several marinas, kayak rentals, and fresh seafood restaurants for your vacation needs.
There's a Publix, Walgreens, Subway, Dollar General Store, Wendy's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, a few gas stations, and Dunkin Donuts 3 miles north on 19.

I've lived in Florida for at least 55 years. I love the West Coast of Florida as it contains springs, woods, and a few beaches. I love spending time watching my grandaughter play softball or at our retirement home in the Florida Panhandle. I'm a country girl at heart and love the small town feel of Brooksville, Inverness, Floral City, and the other small towns in the area. Flea Markets (especially Howard's north on 19) and local festivals are my favorite way to spend a sunny weekend day.

I fell in love with this house on sight in 2010. The wooded lot and wide open night skies are the perfect combination for me. The roads are great for walking and riding bikes as well.

I love looking out in the backyard at dusk and especially just after dark in the spring when fireflies appear like Christmas lights.
