Camper nr Amherst -NO LONGER AVAILABLE per town regs banning all camping -SORRY!
Please see my other property (not a camper) at https://www.vrbo.com/4664489
The camper is no longer available... after I'd rented it out for over a year, my unpleasant neighbor called the town, whose building inspector informed me that the Zoning Board in Pelham has banned all camping within town limits. I'm so sorry for this bad news.
Again, please see my other VRBO rental (in my house, so not a camper) at https://www.vrbo.com/4664489
Many thanks for your understanding.

Here's the original description, just for the archives, in case the town changes its mind and decides to allow camping again:
---------
Spacious 35-foot camper w/king bed in a private BR for 1-2 guests. Two recliners are in the living room, and 2 twin size "sleepover mats" are available for use by 1-2 kids, if needed. Full indoor kitchen (stovetop , small oven, fridge, microwave) & outdoor grill. Propane heat & AC. Shower & toilet in a private bathroom. Chromecast TV & Bluetooth sound system. Private pool (available in July & August), picnic table, and fire bowl. Free parking for 1 vehicle.
The camper is on my 3.5 acre plot of land, next to my house. It's not in an RV park--it's the only camper (and the only rental unit) on the property; I rent out the camper when I'm not using it.
Only 8 mins to Amherst & 25 mins to Northampton. Plenty of wildlife & lots of excellent trails (Buffam Falls, Quabbin Reservoir, Lake Wyola, etc). Top-notch stargazing on clear nights. Come get away to the country...
----------
Pelham is a small, rural town. A few relevant notes:
First, I keep a hive of honeybees, as do some of my neighbors. The hive is far away from the camper, on the other side of my house, and you shouldn't see any more bees around than you would otherwise. However, if you are allergic to bee stings, please use caution and come prepared with an epi-pen just in case!
Second, the property is rich with wildlife, big and small. Some regular visitors include deer, coyotes, foxes, raccoons, opossums, hawks, bobcats, moose, and black bear. If you're unused to or uncomfortable with the thought of larger wild animals being so close by, please use caution after dark, e.g., when walking your dog or back and forth to your car. Use a flashlight, make noise (like singing or playing music on your phone), and remain aware of your surroundings. Also, please be vigilant about leaving any food, pet food, or trash outdoors overnight. Problems between humans and wild animals in this area are extremely rare. Almost all the animals on the property will hide or run If they see a human, and they almost never are seen during daylight.
Third, one of the things I love about the Town of Pelham is that they encourage "dark skies" practices to minimize light pollution. For example, please make sure as many as possible outdoor lights are turned off after dark, and if at all possible, didn't leave on outdoor lights overnight while you're sleeping.
Finally, please know that this is a camper (or RV) and that the property is located approximately 1200 feet above sea level. That means that my property is significantly colder and gets more snow than Amherst and other communities in the area. Propane heat and a hot water heater are included in the camper, not the walls are thin, and water is piped in via an outdoor (although insulated!) hose that can freeze when the temperature drops close to or below 32°F. I do everything I can to make sure everything is up and running whenever possible, but Mother Nature runs the show. If you ever run into trouble of any kind with the heat, fresh/hot water, or wastewater system, please call me, and I'll do everything I can to help!
