Short Trip

Excellent place to relax and roomy enough to allow everyone to stretch out. We loved the location.

Great Condo

The condo was clean and comfortable, we immediately felt at home! It’s a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the lake view at the back of the property. We will definitely book again!

The condo itself was very nice. It has a nice lake view, is spacious and was clean. The pine trees leave a daily mess on the deck and exit stairs, but that's not a big deal. The beds were not as listed and two of the four are not very comfortable. The biggest problem was at check in. We arrived at 2pm after a long drive and pre registered at the front desk, as suggested. The condo wasn't ready, but we were told it would be shortly and they would call. We returned at 4pm to find a LONG line of angry people whose condos were not ready. Pre registering had accomplished nothing. There was only one line. When we finally got to the desk we were told that ours was still not ready. It wasn't until nearly 7pm that we returned and were able to get our condo. We thought we would be due some compensation, but Brittain wrote that we were not. Fortunately, Litchfield Beach and Golf did the right thing in the end. This experience gives me reason to question whether to rent from this management company again.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive after a long drive, pre-register as instructed, and still have to wait until nearly 7 PM for the condo to be ready. We also understand your frustration regarding the communication around compensation and appreciate you sharing that Litchfield Beach and Golf was ultimately able to assist. We’re also sorry that the beds did not match the listing and that some were uncomfortable. We’ll review that information to ensure the listing accurately reflects the accommodations. Your feedback regarding the check-in experience and communication is important to us, and we’ll use it to identify areas where we can improve.
