Hello, I am sorry that the house temps were not comfortable during your stay, with extremely hot days it is a challenge to cool a home, especially large homes. We try our best to always have the heater or A/C turned on before guests arrival, your experience is a reminder to continue to do this. For future guests reading this; We have had guests complain that the Gamebarn AC is too cold in the summer, please note we have adequate heating and cooling to stay comfortable. Pots and pans are in abundance on the property. However items often do go missing and may not get noticed right away. Our mission is to accommodate small and very large groups of 50 people. IF there is ever something needed during your stay, please ask!

There has been some misunderstanding from your experience and our listing description. There are 9 bedrooms total. This includes the loft, and two bedrooms in GameBarn (17 beds). We do keep two of the bedrooms locked in the GameBarn, unless they have all been paid for, or if a guest requests to use them specifically. Depending on sleeping arrangements, we can sleep 44, however we have hosted more. As advertised on our listing, a booking covers up to 16 guests, beyond that count there is an additional charge. Prior to your arrival the hot tub was drained, cleaned, filled, and new filter replaced. We do this between nearly every booking. I checked it 2 hours before your arrival and it was clean and clear. Your experience of dirty water was a direct cause of the guests and most likely children using the hot tub. IF you would had notified us, we would have been there immediately to add chemicals to clear it. As stated on our listing, the pool is not heated-during the winter, we keep it covered. There are two functional fireplaces, one is wood burning, the other is propane (in the kitchen) and operates via a remote in the kitchen. I am sorry the pool sticks were missing tips, I had extra and would have brought them over immediately had I been notified. I only noticed the broken pingpong table after your stay. We do not advertise the arcade as it is finicky but works, so we leave it onsite. A notification of "issue" during stay would have allowed us to remediate.
