We had a wonderful time at the cabin! It has everything you could ever need for a getaway with the dogs! Gary was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend staying here!!

Clean, cozy, great ceiling fans and mini splits, lots of movies to watch and super peaceful location. Centrally located to all the fun places to visit. Perfect for our little family

Great place, super cozy and welcoming - perfectly outfitted despite some very heavy winter weather. Extra flexibility from Gary, the host, was helpful in ensuring we were able to make the most of our visit.

Our family of 6 did a last minute getaway for a birthday and last trip before school starts. It was exactly what we needed. The cabin itself exceeded our expectations. Very clean, looks newly updated inside,beds were super comfy. Definitely enough room for all of us. We took advantage of the private lake which was perfect. Our kids swam all day and it was about a 3 min drive which was super convenient. We definitely would like to go back hopefully for some snow fun. Gary was always available if we needed anything but we were so happy that we didn't. Cabin was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook, all we needed was the food. They also had a ton of games, dvds, books anything one would need to keep themselves entertained. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

We loved our last minute Labor Day getaway at Gary’s cabin. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby trails at pinecrest lake and the natural bridges caverns.

Lake property

Clean, well stocked and close to town. Lake is private and ideal for swimming , paddle boarding and fishing

Great location

The place was clean and in a perfect location. Close hiking spots and great food. The cabin had a dog run, so it was great to bring our dogs.

Lovely stay

Family and I had a great time at Gary’s cabin. Very nice and maintained property. Gary is very attentive and thorough as a host. We had a great stay.

Great Place for a Laid Back Getaway

Very well equipped and exactly as advertised. Gary was a pleasure to work with and he was very communicative. We will definitely stay here again.

Gary’s place

5 nights in a great location. Cabin had everything we needed and central location but private . Excellent communication with owner. Great swimming in private lake, bbq on deck and endless places to explore!! We will be back!!

great little spot and lots of warmth and provisions

has a fully stocked kitchen and games closet and overall very convenient to pinecrest area and other activities. host was very friendly, highly recommend!

This was a perfect "home base" for our weekend in the mountains. Very homey/cozy. Has everything you need. Was a warm September weekend, so having the A/C and ceiling fans was incredible at night. Nice/quiet neighborhood. Recommend Alicia's and Zoe's cafes for breakfast/coffee. Owner (Gary) was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect little cabin in the mountains

We decided to do a post-Christmas vacation up near Twain Harte and this cabin was perfect for our family of 3. It was extremely comfortable and had every amenity you could think of (including 100’s of DVDs and family games plus excellent WiFi!) Check out procedure was extremely reasonable, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Vacation/slash birthday getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your home. Very relaxing getaway like we wanted. Enjoyed seeing the deer in the backyard eating from the trees and bushes . We look forward to spending time there again in the winter .

Beautiful, peaceful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s home. It was very clean, comfortable and had a well-appointed kitchen and all of the comforts of home. The location was great - a 20 minute drive from Pinecrest, and close to Sonora and Twain Harte. The added bonus of having access to Sugar Pine Lake was a treat for our son. We loved our stay and would love to visit again.

Loved my stay

Loved our stay here. Plenty of space for my family for new years weekend. Super cozy. Everything I needed in the kitchen to cook NY eve dinner. the owner was very responsive with any issues that arouse. I would definitely stay here again
