This corner unit is beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony and joy of a smaller building with easy access to the beach. Heather is an excellent communicator. We entered via keypad with our Walmart snacks to find all the amenities we needed...and we enjoyed the many area restaurants close by. Perfect vacation for two retired people!

We loved our stay at Emerald Skye! The room was exactly as described. The view of the beach was stunning! We loved that it was a smaller complex and the beach was never crowded. Communication was excellent and the check in and out processes were super easy. We’ll definitely return here for future vacations!

This complex is wonderful and the beach was private , everything on each side was crowded but this little pocket was a private dream. The beach is right there and there is beach service available, think I paid 50 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella. Parking was no issue at all, I had a large Mercedes suv and no issue w space. The storage unit was great for our floats. The elevator was great, nonissues and no lines and I was there on 4th of July time. The condo was great, had what we needed, I think this is one of the nicer more updated units it sounds like from other guests experiences. This is great, I’d stay here again for sure. We were happy with it.

We really liked the unit and enjoyed being so close to the beach. Will stay in this top corner unit again! Also liked that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals!And you have your own personal storage closet downstairs so you didnt have to bring sandy things to the unit.Lesson learned: Book through the condo's internal tool if possible, Saves fee's from the other search engines. It was very confusing having to pay fees through VRBO and then book and pay again through the condo's website.

Everything was clean, but the floor looks and felt like they just put vinyl flooring over the tile floor that was there before. Bunk bed steps looked dirty and or needed repainted along with base boards. Balcony could use a new rug or just throw the one they had out. It was ripped and kept blowing up causing tripping. Could use new chairs for balcony also. The ones there were not very sturdy, thin wood and uncomfortable. Our fold up beach chairs we brought were more comfortable. Doesn’t need to be fancy, just comfortable.

The house smelled clean and was cleaned when we arrived. I fully enjoyed the communications when we needed a broom for our sand being brought in and they were quick to respond. I loved the beach view! I read my Bible and kindle books while I enjoyed the view. The host was extremely welcoming and communicated in a timely manner. The kitchen has all of the things we needed however we didn’t use much bc we ate out or bought paper plates. The beach access was AMAZING! 1 of the many things we LOVED and the outside shower. The pool was amazing for days we were over having sand every where but still wanted to play in the water. My favorite part: the washer and dryer! LIFE SAVER! I did laundry 1-2x a day with the bathing suits and sand getting in everything we wore. We were able to wash out towels after each use due to sand issues again (bring your own pods.) I It slept 5 (2 adults, a toddler, and two pre teens). The bunks were a little short for my tall pre-teens but that was okay the found the couch pull out bed the easiest fix. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable.

Decent place

Was decent place been to Emerald skye many times had the stuff it needed just very outdated on stuff furniture kitchen stuff and we stayed 4 nights and got 1 roll of paper towels and 1 think of washing detergent felt could of left more for 4 nights and the blinds are messed up very hard to get closed

Nice

Very clean but smaller than expected. Lovely updated kitchen. Furniture was okay but not for much longer. I would have given it a 5 because the room itself was pretty much what I expected except for being a bit smaller but I didn’t appreciate pictures of the view not showing just how close the pier is.

Beautiful View/Great location

Pros: Convenient location with beautiful view. Small property so you are not jammed packed on the beach. Plenty of towels and cloths. Cons: no window covering on sliding glass doors so once the sun is up so are you. Bedroom pillows are super thin. Example put a towel inside pillowcase and that’s your pillow. Outdoor table and rug had cigarette burns. The other table was chipped and broken. Only one wine glass. Condo needs some TLC and cleaning. The cleaning products used are very overwhelming when you open the door. The door code emailed to us was not the right door code. Thankfully the rental office was still open and we were given the correct code. We have stayed in many units at Emerald Sky over our 20 years of visiting. This by far is the most neglected unit.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being right on the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Everything met our expectations, and we had a great time making memories together. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway.
