Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix East. Phoenix East is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony. Perfectly located close to the Perdido Pass, this condo offers amazing views of the Gulf!!!



The condo is situated in a great spot on the 3rd floor, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or beach!
Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 55'' HDTV in living room, a 40' in the bedroom. Free wifi with no password required!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, splash pad for the kids, racquetball court, sauna and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix East with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix East should you need more space.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being on the third floor gave us an exceptional view of the beach and ocean. The property was well maintained. The only problem we had was the shower. It was hard to figure out to get the perfect temperature. All in all it was a good location.

The experience renting this condo went great. The host responded quickly and answered any questions we had. The condo was clean and beach view was great. The outside pool was amazing the indoor pool was closed for maintenance one night so we just got in one hot tub but the other one was cold. The outlet in kitchen had an adapter where you could charge your devices well none of our cords worked. But other than that overall experience was great, all the staff were nice. Would recommend this condo to friends.

The main problem is this unit you can not get in the bathroom if your on a walker !! There’s two doors going in the same bathroom and neither one you can get in with a walker. Iv never had this problem before and think fully the bathroom was tiny enough I could hold on to sink.

A lot of construction going on. The dryer did not work and the solution was to take wet laundry to the condo next door and dry them there. Being on vacation that was not a good option!

Quick Getaway

Our stay at Phoenix East was the perfect quick getaway. The location was perfect. This condo was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. It's close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. We enjoyed being there off season and would gladly make a return trip.

The view was gorgeous. We had a couple of fixit issues, minor. We e mailed and got a response right away and they sent someone to fix the issue in 30 minutes. Great response Very comfortable bed could use some updates but otherwise we loved it
