The Villa, in addition to the spectacular sea views, is a short walk to the nearby beach.

Main Level

Right off of the kitchen is a laundry room with full-size washer and separate full-size drier and laundry sink.

Also on the main level is an ensuite bedroom with two twin beds and a sofa bed. This full bathroom has both a separate shower and tub.

The main level has a large balcony with an alfresco dining area great for enjoying the panoramic views, a large separate sitting area, and a barbecue for grilling.

Upstairs level.

Upstairs is the large Master bedroom with a King size ben, large screen TV and a newly remodeled bathroom with a large shower.

Also upstairs is another large ensuite bedroom with a Queen size bed and a newly remodeled shower.

Both bedrooms and the hallway have access to a large balcony with amazing, panoramic views, an alfresco dining area, and separate, large sitting area.

Bottom level

On the bottom living level is another large ensuite bedroom with two twin beds and a sofa bed. This full bathroom has both a separate shower and tub. Outside is a covered terrace with a Ping Pong Table.

Below the terrace is a saltwater pool and sunbathing area. This pool can be heated upon request for a separate charge of €25,00 per night. On the level below is a well maintained garden.

The Villa has fiber internet throughout using multiple routers for stronger signals.

Guest access

You and your guests will have access to the entire Villa and its amenities with the small exception of one interior linen closet and the outside storage closets, which are reserved for the owner's items.
