Clean and stylish house compatible for families and friends visiting the Monterey Bay Peninsula. All rooms have memory foam mattresses and plenty of space for belongings.

Close to all major attractions including Monterey Fairgrounds, CSU Monterey Bay, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pacific Grove, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Big Sur, and much more!

TVs in every room with streaming services. Multiple USB ports/power outlets in each room and throughout the house.

Portable fans and heaters. Digital fireplace. Couch, futon, and air mattress if needed. Iron and ironing board. Extra blankets and towels available.

Recently remodeled bathroom with all amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper products).

Kitchen is fully accessible with stove, range, microwave, refrigerator, and all cooking utensils. Help yourself to snacks, coffee, and tea. Fire extinguisher located in kitchen as well.

Boogie boards and golf clubs available along with basketball and baseball gloves/balls.

Capra park is located a few steps away with children's activities and plenty of space to walk your dog.

Washer and dryer located in garage.

Plenty of space to relax outside. Front and backyard have lounging chairs and fire pits. The backyard is equip with large umbrella and gas patio heater.

Off-street parking available for up to two cars. Plenty of parking on-street as well (by Capra Park).
Guest access
Entire house is available to you. If you have any questions or need help, we are available and live close by.
Other things to note
Self check-in with keypad. Emergency lockbox with key in case keypad is not functional.

- Ants may come in occasionally in search of water or food during dry months. Any spray and baits will be provided as needed in the garage.

Stayed after golfing Pebble

We stayed to be close to the airport after a weekend playing golf. Property was clean, no issues - was a great place to crash before our flights.

Amazing Stay!

We had so much fun at this place. We enjoyed the place, and the neighborhood too. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood cats that came to visit. We only stayed one night and we'd definitely come back. Thank you so much

Quick & easy check in process. Cute little property. Worked great for what needed for the night. Our hosts were very easy & clear with communication as well.

Great Price & Value

We have a large family and this was a great fit for us. Owner was responsive to requests and helpful. Home was fully stocked as you would expect. HomeWas clean and ready to go. Great location in a normal neighborhood. Close to most everything you would need, stores, Costco, playgrounds, beaches. I would stay here again, this was a great value for a big family.

Cozy coastal getaway

Spent my birthday weekend here with my family and it was super pleasant. We loved how close it was to the beach and just a short drive to cannery row and Carmel. Great price for an awesome destination.

Great location

This house is a great place to stay if visiting the Monterey area. It's close to everything. Clean house, great portable heaters for our November stay.

Seaside stay

We were very pleased with our stay at this home . Appeared exactly as pics showed on VRBO website . It was nice to have the park across the street to take our grand dog to do her business . Easy parking on the street , All rooms were clean and spacious . Our bedroom was comfortable .All supplies for the kitchen were made available . Lots of Keurig coffee for us to use . We would stay here again . Owner left us complete detailed instructions for the home .

Property was smaller than expected based upon listing. Kitchen was small with no dishwasher, and only one bathroom. Master bed was very tall, difficult to use. Driveway was unusable for us so we parked in the street.

Seaside

The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with a small park to walk our dogs across the street. Very close to everything we planned on doing in the monterey area. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area. Thank you again.
