The Space:

This elegant 2-Bedroom features a modern setting with lots of space, and sleek design! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern renovated bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!



The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to eight (8) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

Featuring an open floor plan, the flat offers a dining table with seating for 6 people that opens to the living area and the kitchen.



PARKING

There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES

Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment!



DISCLAIMER

Pest Control Notice: Routine preventive pest control is scheduled every other Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM and takes approximately 5 minutes per room. Staff access may be required during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have sole use of the space during the stay.
