Razi’s apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Great stay.

Everything was great! The location was perfect for us, quick access to the subway and lots of food choices close to the apartment. The space was more than adequate for our family. The check in process was also very easy.

Great vacation rental, clean and lots of amenities. walking distance to time square and easy access to subway stations to get anywhere in NYC. We loved it and hope to be back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy beds. The location was perfect and quiet, close to everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This property was illegally being rented. We were almost kicked out by the rental management company because the person renting this apartment is not paying rent for the property and is illegally renting it.

We take the accuracy of reviews seriously, and this statement is simply not true. The reservation associated with this review was never fulfilled because the guest did not check in. Shortly before the scheduled arrival, they requested a last-minute cancellation outside the applicable cancellation policy, which unfortunately we were unable to accommodate. At no point did this guest stay at the property or experience the events described in this review. We remain committed to operating our listings responsibly and providing accurate information and a positive experience for all of our guests.

The accommodation was very well represented, it was cleaned and tidy. Everything was very comfortable and smelt good. There wasn’t anything I needed to request or reach out to the host for because they anticipated everything prior to our stay which was really nice to experience.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located — truly one of the best areas in NYC. It made my entire trip feel even more special.The host was fantastic as well: great communication from start to finish, incredibly helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. It honestly felt effortless.I loved everything about this stay and fully plan to book this place every time I’m in NYC… assuming it’s available! Highly recommend.

Great place for a big group!!

We couldn’t be happier of founding this place which accommodated our group of 20 1 dog. The location is amazing, close to Times Square and in a very safe area. It was great to have the entire building for us, was very comfortable with room for everyone. Also, the contact with the host was perfect, with quick responses and available for whatever we needed. They even wrote to us during our stay to ask if everything was ok. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend this place!!

Guests should know this property is not maintained at the level one would expect given the premium rental price charged.To start, the listing advertised a king bed, but the unit only contained queen beds. There are four AC units, yet only two remotes were provided, making it difficult to adjust temperatures as needed in the various rooms, especially at night. The downstairs master bedroom AC unit was completely inoperable during our stay. The host advised that a repair team would be sent, but no one ever arrived and I had to follow up about it. The dryer was also malfunctioning and repeatedly shut off with a ventilation error code. The water pressure in the upstairs shower is very poor.The kitchen and bathroom amenities were surprisingly limited. There was only ONE drinking glass in the entire unit, so we ended up using coffee mugs for most beverages. Although several items were listed as amenities, there was no coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, or toaster. We ended up using the air fryer to toast bagels. There were also no dish towels, and only one very small hand towel was provided in the half bath for our five-night stay. The listing stated that shampoo and soap were provided, but only partially used bottles were available.The location and renovated unit are definite positives, but the maintenance issues, missing amenities, and lack of follow-through significantly impacted our experience and the value for the money.

This includes replacing any missing items and reviewing our housekeeping procedures to prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate you recognizing the location and the renovated space. Hello,I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent stay beginning on Thursday, January 29. Unfortunately, the property presented multiple serious issues that made our stay stressful, unsafe, and far below the standard represented in the listing.Upon arrival, we immediately encountered several red flags:The apartment door was unlocked, and we were told someone named “Todd” would arrive with keys. He did not show up for two hours, causing us to miss a 4:30 PM paid event because we could not leave our belongings unattended in an unsecured unit.During this time, two individuals entered the residence without notice, asked who I was, and informed me the property was not legally permitted for short‑term rentals. This created a highly uncomfortable and unsafe situation for my group.The interior temperature was 53 degrees, and the mini‑split units were not functioning. We were traveling with seven women and a one‑month‑old infant, making the lack of heat unacceptable.One of the primary reasons I booked this property was the washer and dryer, which were not operational until Saturday, the day before our departure. We were unable to use the amenity we specifically paid for.These issues — security concerns, illegal rental status, lack of heat, missing amenities, and significant delays — caused substantial stress and disrupted our plans. The experience was unprofessional and did not reflect what was advertised.Given the circumstances, I am requesting compensation
