This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The views are spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and there's ample space to eat, hang out, and have fun.Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family. Sitting on the back deck with coffee in the morning taking in the mountains and even the bear that wandered through everyday..magical.The little grandchildren loved the kids play area equipped with a play kitchen, "castle", toys, and a table and chairs for a tea party. The older grandkids loved the pool table and the space to set up their game console.The kitchen was fully equipped which was nice as we cooked most of our meals at the house. The pool was nice... there was so much to do we only had time to use it one afternoon. Sylvia and team were very responsive from booking to check out. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful property. A few annoying problems (ice & water in refrig.) and shower problems but the house, views and pool were great. So much to do in the area. All the furnishings were top notch and very comfortable. Would be nice to have gas BBQ. We will be back.

Thanksgiving morning alarms in the house went off for an hour. Water was leaking from the ceiling. Most of the guest had to leave that day. It was a disaster will not rent again.

2025 Haug-Wash Vacation

The House was amazing. The views from the back porch are awesome. The driveway is terrible. Our suburban did not scrape but the minivans did. There is plenty of lounge/comfy seating for 12 or more people, but not a big enough dining room table if everyone wants to eat a meal together. The location is good. Far enough away, yet not a far drive to the attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for an evening walk.

We stayed for about a week with 4 kids (ages 6,6,7,8) and 3 older women (ages 66-82), along with me, my husband, and sister (ages 30s) and had a wonderful time! The kids had their own room even though they really only slept where they fell at the end of the day. The stairs were manageable for the grandmas, but they tried to bring everything downstairs with them the first time, and one of the showers had a seat which was so helpful! The kids had a blast, the view was amazing, and we never felt like we were cramped for space with there being 10 of us! Ping pong and the pool were both huge hits and the chairs downstairs were amazing for the grandmas to be able to sit and watch the fun of their grandkids and great grandkids! The driveway would be hard to get in with a car, but we fit a 4Runner and 2 RAV4s just fine. Overall, we had a great vacation all around!

This property's main amenity are the amazing VIEWS! The home itself is spacious and accommodating for families. That being said, it is not adequately equipped with items for an extended stay. This is listed as a luxury premier property. I expect luxury bedding, luxury bathroom towels, basic kitchen supplies (mixing bowls and baking ware), and functional recreational equipment (ping pong paddles, cornhole bags, pool inflatables and a score keeping skee-ball game). The sheets, bedding, and towels were worn and old as if it came from a lending closet. During our visit, we did not have a functioning oven for 5 of 11 days we spent here.Future guests need to be aware of a serious driveway and parking issue. The driveway entrance is extremely steep and awkward, and vehicles cannot take it head on without risking bottoming out. There are concrete markers positioned very close to the vehicle path which caused serious damage to our minivan when trying to avoid bottoming out. Unless your vehicle has a minimum ground clearance of a typical SUV, you will scrape the bottom of your vehicle.The pool area, basement, and firepit are nice and great to hangout at. The firepit was great to roast marshmallows for smores.I would recommend this property as a short stay visit.

The location and house were amazing. The view is incredible and house has every amenity you could want but there were issues that hopefully will be addressed.- Poor response time from management team to critical issues (days)- Poor communication about check-in- Water pressure is awful in the kitchen sink and fridge. If multiple people take showers at same time water drips out of shower head. - We were looking forward to skeet ball but it doesn’t keep score, all the tabs are broke off. - Need some good frying pans- Has pool alarm but it doesn’t work.Even with the issues we had a great week. When you rent a high end home you just expect it to be right.

Truly a beautiful house, great views and amenities for all ages. The location was convenient as well . Just a 25 minute drive to Gatlinburg, the National Park and Dollywood! It was a wonderful time! We highly recommend this house!

This home was a fabulous find. It did not disappoint, was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed.. view from deck is just great, relaxing and peaceful. As others have stated the driveway entrance is intimidating as it is short and steep. I have a Buick envision and was able to enter and exit on an angle without bottoming out. Nice home, nice location would highly recommend.
