Really great stay. The property is gorgeous and had so much for my kids to do. There was something for everyone. The location can't really be beat and the view is breathtaking. We did see a family of bears near the cabin which was pretty cool.....they didn't linger but were great to see. The place was very clean and well taken care of. It was exactly as described and we would absolutely come back. Wonderful vacation.

The host is very easy to communicate with. The view is fantastic!! The indoor pool was a hit with our grandson!! We were close to every place we wanted to go in Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg.I highly recommend staying here:)

Amazing premium top of the hill views. Ten min to Pigeon Forge. Everything beautiful and clean. Plenty of seating for all 9 of us. Enough dishes, wine glasses, large cooking pan for breakfast, even blender, rice cooker. Comfortable beds, and living room. Kids loved arcade and pingpong game room Even enough seating for all of us in the theatre room!! Communication was quick and took care of things quickly. Everyone wants to come back.

Everything was great! The kitchen had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook. The theater, game room, & pool kept the kids busy as well. It was spacious & each room has its own private bathroom which is really nice.

We had a great time at Splashin’ Retreat! We spent a lot of time on the deck in the rocking chairs enjoying the views. The grandkids loved all of the games and the pool. The proximity to Pigeon Forge made it quick and easy to get into town to enjoy all the attractions there. Would highly recommend Splashin’ Retreat!

This cabin is a total blast! The kids had an amazing time in the pool and watching movies in the awesome theater room. The owners of the property were extremely nice and accommodating. The view from the main room is incredible.

We treated our kids and grandkids to a family vacation and couldn’t have picked a better cabin for all of us. The views were incredible. We were also able to watch a bear wander around on the hill under the deck. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the game tables and theatre room. Everything was very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this cabin.

The cleanness was not comfortable. Wish it was ready in site as it set the tone for the rest of the trip and it always felt uncomfortable for the duration despite cleaning afterwards.

We came up with our children and grandchildren for a week at Spring Break. The cabin was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. They also had 2 baby gates so we could close off the stairs for the little ones. A life saver for us. Would definitely rent again from Gail
