Cozy and Comfortable home with easy access to Hwy 60 and Springfield!

Enjoy your stay in this 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 living areas.
The main living room has a large sectional and gas fireplace great for spending time with family and reminiscing over memories made. Living room number 2, we affectionately call it "The Wood Room" is cozy and great for relaxing and unwinding.
The master bedroom has a king platform bed with attached master bath.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Living room 2 has a pullout sleeper that makes into a double.
There is a deck out back with plenty of seating as well as a firepit and gas grill. There is a big backyard that is privacy fenced great for the kids to hangout and play.
The home is located just off of Hwy 60 with easy access to all surrounding communities.
The home has a 2 car attached garage but is not included with the booking.

My daughter was getting married in republic and we booked this adorable home! It was perfect for Family from out of town and getting ready during the day. Everyone felt cosy and comfortable. This home was stocked perfectly with everything we needed. Refrigerator was very spacious to hold items for wedding. Fresh flowers were on the kitchen table very thoughtful! So many towels and Kleenexes everywhere it was perfect! I cannot say enough of how I enjoyed staying in this home and how the owners have really tried to make it cosy and a home away from home. Oh also, the decor was great!

This is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in! Beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and everything you can think of was provided. We had a wonderful stay!

House is located in a nice quiet area. The backyard area was such a great spot to relax at the end of the day! Inside the house was nice and spacious. We did have to go out and buy more cleaning supplies and a few kitchen utensils that weren’t at the house, but not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area. Thank you!

Relaxing family vacation

Was very relaxing. A nice place to stay after a long drive frim Washington state with 3 kiddos. Host was very responsive to any questions. The house was beautiful and clean way more comfortable than any hotel. It was a home away from home.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina and Charles’ place for a wedding weekend in Springfield. The home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom and appreciated having access to a full kitchen; it made the trip feel like home. Thank you for being great hosts!

Updated & Very Clean Stay Near Spring Creek Estates

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this updated and very clean home for a wedding at Spring Creek Estates in Republic. The house boasts multiple modern updates throughout. While the add-on room was a bit warm, we easily fixed it by placing a fan at the entryway to direct cooler air in. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. There are many special touches that made it feel like home away from home. We enjoyed the lovely deck and the lodge style room. The house is spacious and was perfect for our needs. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. We would definitely stay at this property again when we are in the Springfield area!

Very nice property with everything a family needs for a short stay. Very well maintained and furnished. Nice outdoor space. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for our family!

The property was extra clean and had lots of space for us to spread out. We didn’t cook in the home so I don’t know how stocked the kitchen was but everything else was superior. We have family in Billings and it was just a short drive to them. We will definitely try to rent again if we need a place in the area.

Nice location!

We came to help my Mom who was admitted into the hospital ICU unit. The Lord called my Mom home while we were there which was unexpected. While I planned a funeral and cleaned out my Mom's house my husband amd kids enjoyed the relaxation of the house. The house was at a great location! Not to far from the hospital and just a walk to the most freshest donuts you'll ever have! S&L Donuts. We loved the space and walk in shower in the main bedroom. The den was a great place to plplay games and visit. gtofamiky

The house was prepared.

The house is in good condition. We had plenty of space. We stayed for two nights and three days. The house may be haunted. Had random knocking on one of the bedroom windows at 2 in the morning one night on two different occasions. The next night, around 9 pm, someone was knocking at the front door. Went to the door and no one was there. One of the rooms had no heat beside s a space heater. Oddly, they wanted us to remove the bedding from the bed prior to leaving. My nephew found a cockroach in the house..

Christmas Family Gathering

The place was absolutely as described and perfect for our family to meet in the middle. The tree in the den was a nice touch for opening presents. It was very clean and had a nice backyard with a fire pit. The fireplace was nice in the winter as well. Beds were comfy. We have stayed many places over the years and I would definitely book here again if in the area. One of the cleanest and most homey places I have stayed. The only thing missing was a broom to sweep the floor when you have little ones that tend to drop stuff. The host were great with communication. The area and plenty of food, places, and grocery stores near.
