Cozy and Comfortable home with easy access to Hwy 60 and Springfield!

Enjoy your stay in this 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 living areas.
The main living room has a large sectional and gas fireplace great for spending time with family and reminiscing over memories made. Living room number 2, we affectionately call it "The Wood Room" is cozy and great for relaxing and unwinding.
The master bedroom has a king platform bed with attached master bath.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Living room 2 has a pullout sleeper that makes into a double.
There is a deck out back with plenty of seating as well as a firepit and gas grill. There is a big backyard that is privacy fenced great for the kids to hangout and play.
The home is located just off of Hwy 60 with easy access to all surrounding communities.
The home has a 2 car attached garage but is not included with the booking.

Great place to stay

Brought our elderly parents to see extended family, house was the perfect size and the wood room was warm and welcoming. Beautiful backyard with seating on the deck.

Great house

We were here for a wedding, and this house was super clean, and in the best location. This is by far the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. I would stay here 100 times again!

Awesome place to stay!

We had a great stay here! We needed a bigger house for our family thanksgiving and it was perfect. They even let us check in early so we could meal prep. Host is super responsive and great with communication. The house is spacious. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great stay

This was a great property, as advertised, and had plenty of room for my family. We were able to host my extended family that came over for dinner with plenty of space for everyone. Will stay again when we come to town again!

FAMILY GET AWAY

This property was the perfect house for our family to get away for the weekend and enjoy some much needed time to be able to have dinner and visit with our family who lives in the Republic area. Its very spacious and clean. I grew up in Republic and my family still lives in Republic so we visit often and were so happy we have found this rental property! Finding this rental makes us so happy knowing that means more family visits for us!

Great place for to relax and sleep after long day!

Nice quiet neighborhood and lots of space in the home for everybody to relax and do their own thing! They even had some snacks and travel toothpaste available to use as well! Very satisfied with our stay and thankful to have found it! Also check out the local donut shop right down the street for perfect, fluffy fresh donuts, you could even walk here!

Nice location!

We came to help my Mom who was admitted into the hospital ICU unit. The Lord called my Mom home while we were there which was unexpected. While I planned a funeral and cleaned out my Mom's house my husband amd kids enjoyed the relaxation of the house. The house was at a great location! Not to far from the hospital and just a walk to the most freshest donuts you'll ever have! S&L Donuts. We loved the space and walk in shower in the main bedroom. The den was a great place to plplay games and visit. gtofamiky

This property was impeccably clean. Felt safe, price was just right. Beds were very firm, so those wondering. But a very comfortable and relaxed space. We enjoyed our stay.

Helpful print out

Great spot for our family to stay for graduation of my nephew. Check in/check out print out sheet was very helpful with all the information we needed during our stay. Doughnut shop a block away was a nice touch!

Wedding prep trip

We were coming to the area to do shopping as prep for my oldest son’s wedding coming up in September and need a place to stay close to Clever where my Son and his fiancé live. This house looked perfect and it turned out to be a great choice! It was clean and nicely remodeled with comfortable furniture and beds. It worked perfectly for us and I would stay there again for sure!

Christmas Family Gathering

The place was absolutely as described and perfect for our family to meet in the middle. The tree in the den was a nice touch for opening presents. It was very clean and had a nice backyard with a fire pit. The fireplace was nice in the winter as well. Beds were comfy. We have stayed many places over the years and I would definitely book here again if in the area. One of the cleanest and most homey places I have stayed. The only thing missing was a broom to sweep the floor when you have little ones that tend to drop stuff. The host were great with communication. The area and plenty of food, places, and grocery stores near.

Visit family in the area.

Great property and neighborhood location. Ceiling fan in twin bedroom needs repair. On high speed it shakes, wobble as though it would fall from the ceiling. All else was great.

The house was prepared.

The house is in good condition. We had plenty of space. We stayed for two nights and three days. The house may be haunted. Had random knocking on one of the bedroom windows at 2 in the morning one night on two different occasions. The next night, around 9 pm, someone was knocking at the front door. Went to the door and no one was there. One of the rooms had no heat beside s a space heater. Oddly, they wanted us to remove the bedding from the bed prior to leaving. My nephew found a cockroach in the house..

Absolutely Perfect

The house is situated perfectly in a gorgeous neighborhood right off the main street through town. Minutes from absolutely anything in Republic and easy access to Springfield. When we arrived the host had made available a basket of snacks that our 3 kiddos were absolutely giddy over! They dont even feel that spoiled at home! Everything was clean and well cared for. The beds and linens were very comfortable with extra blankets throughout the home which has been a rarity in other homes I have stayed in. The "bear" room was perfect for our kids to hang out in and the fenced backyard was ideal for our youngest with autism. Our bedroom has another basket of supplies that we fully took advantage of and felt so pampered. This house is a must stay! The hosts were the best and we would absolutely come again just to stay here!

Wedding Days

Easy entrance to house. Very clean. Large back yard. Comfortable beds. Nice welcome basket (snacks, candy, etc.). Welcome basket in bedroom (new toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, small pack tissues, etc.) was appreciated. Exit requests were easy to follow and accomplish. Trash outside, beds stripped & in bathroom, all towels in bathroom. Start dishwasher upon leaving. Only one flaw during stay. Low water pressure in shower. I give it a 99 out of 100!! Thanks for helping make the wedding for my Grandson easy to attend and then have a place to stay after the wedding. Recomend this place if in the Springfied area. Republic is much more than just a "small town". Close to I-44 & Springfield.

Great place for our family!

The property was extra clean and had lots of space for us to spread out. We didn’t cook in the home so I don’t know how stocked the kitchen was but everything else was superior. We have family in Billings and it was just a short drive to them. We will definitely try to rent again if we need a place in the area.
