As part of our commitment to ensuring our guests’ satisfaction, we have conveniently supplied the bathrooms with the essentials you might need on your stay.
Guest staying for 7 nights or more, please be aware of the following conditions:
We will supply you with towel paper, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and other essential items enough at the beginning of your reservation, however, further supplies are guests responsibility.

House Rules
*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING*

★Minimum age to check in: 25 y/o or older and the booking person must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No third party booking allowed. Government ID will be required after booking confirmation for external ID verification, if you fail to provide your government ID within 24h after confirmation we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. No exceptions.

★Maximum Occupancy: 8 (children 2 y/o or older are calculated in this number). Include your whole group in your plans early. No extra guest allowed, $150 fee will be charge for extra guest for each day.

★Check-in time: 4pm.

★Check out time: 11 noon - We offer late check out, free of charge, however, it will be evaluated upon request, based on house occupancy calendar and host confirmation.

★Quiet time: From 9pm - 8am daily. Please keep the music off between those hours. Absolutely no loud noise at any time. Please respect our neighbors.

★ Pool. Glass, trash, glitter, balloons, confetti or small items are NOT allowed in the pool. You will be liable for damage to pool equipment.

ATTENTION: Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard present. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, loss or injury that may occur. Children must always be supervised. Pool alarm is installed, do not remove. Do not touch the pool equipment/heater.

★ Pool heater is complimentary ONLY from late fall to late spring months(from November to April) free of charge, however if you set up higher than 87 degrees, owners will be charge you $30 per day. Pool equipments are controller remotely, so owners will be notified as soon as any person intent to modify the settings. THIS IS NOT A HOT TUB. NO JETS. POOL IS NOT HEATED FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER.

★Do not park/block sidewalk trail. Do not park on the grass. Driveway parking only.

★Garbage. Green bin waste collection is every Tuesday and Friday, early in the morning. Garbage should be taken to the curb the night before and returned inside the backyard after the collection. Please do not overflow the garbage tank and fully close the lid.
Recycle bin collection is every other Friday, but our housekeeping team will take care of it.
$25 FEES FOR ANY OVERFLOW GARBAGE TANK.

★Absolutely No Parties/Event in our property at any time. We considered a party/event a gathering of more than 8 people, using the house amenities. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOU $1000 FINE FOR CLEANING FEE IF I CONFIRM THERE IS AN UNAUTHORIZED PARTY/EVENT IN THE HOUSE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

★No Pets. $150 fine per day for unauthorized pet. We love animals but our property is not suitable for pets.

★No Smoking or Vaping, No Marijuana allowed in our property at any time. $1000 fine for cleaning fee.

★No Narcotics / No Recreational Drugs / No Drugs / No illegal activities in our property at any time. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

★ If something is broken or malfunction please let know us immediately.

★Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any actions, incidents, or accidents occurring in or caused by the guest’s use of the property.

★ If you or your group violate any of these rules, I may request that you leave the property immediately.
